As far as the dealership in general, I definitely plan on purchasing a new Kia. The staff, service department, and everyone that works there are very polite and helpful. They all seem to go out of way to help. The only issue I had was that I had a 3:30 oil change appt, and did not get out of there till after 6pm, that was a big turn off. Other than that, I would recommend Cumberland Kia. See More

This is our 4th KIA .. And from this dealership... Cumberland Kia has it right: let the customer decide what they want and when. Other dealerships are so high pressure that you get angry and just wa...nt too run out the door. Kia's entire staff is wonderful; service has always been top notch and what can I say about our salesmen? Jim Tuck has now helped on two of our cars and we were also greeted by Brandon Wacker. Both of these gentlemen are an example of what salespersons should be: a wonderful, no pressure smooth sales experience. They listened to us and got what we wanted! It seems like such an easy concept, but it just has not been like that for well over 15 years now. Thank you Cumberland Kia for being top notch on your sales people, finance manager, service and parts departments and the management who runs their dealership this way... Definitely rating this dealership 5 stars out of 5.. I would give them 10 easily! See More

I bought my Kia Sorento two years ago haven't had any problems out of it until recently drove an hour to get my car worked on and they scheduled a meeting during my appointment so I had to come back t...hree days later and they figured out what was wrong with it and ordered the part and said they were going to over night it and it's been two weeks, I'm still yet to get a call that my part has came in I have tried calling three times they direct me to the shop and it goes to voice mail, finally got through to someone today and our call was disconnected and they are yet to call me back. This review is solely on my visit 10/31/16. Oil change appointment was at 3pm. At 4:20pm found out that my SUV hadn't even been taken back. Its courtesy to let one know. I was extremely uncomfortable ...because it was very cold in waiting area. If I had not got up asking if there was a warmer place to sit then who knows how long it would had taken. Young man was extremely nice and apologize many times. Just not how I wanted to end my evening by being annoyed by sitting there for nearly 2 hours. Communicate, with your customers. See More

Any dealership that will knowingly sell a vehicle that is unsafe to a first time mommy of a 5 week old baby is not a dealership I would want to send my family and friends to. I bought a vehicle on Wed...nesday and it was FINE all the way from Cookeville to my home in Livingston. I parked the car and because it was just a secondary vehicle I did not drive it again until Friday when my brothers came in from Knoxville and we headed to the park. I didn't even make it a half mile down the road WITH ALL THE KIDDOS in the car and it just locks up in the middle of the road. No power, no ability to steer, nothing. Luckily this happened on a back road and not a main road so I was able to get us to safety before we got hit but had it been on a main road we may not have been so lucky. I am so absolutely disgusted at the fact that with this safety issue it still somehow happened to pass inspection?? My sales lady knew I had just had a baby and sold me this unsafe vehicle anyway. great experience with them but wow do i feel scammed now. the 10/100000 warranty does not cover everything like they make it out to be. I'm not looking at almost $400 in repairs this time. not to ment...ion stuff like the steering wheel falling apart after only 2 years that is not covered since thats basic wear and tear. should have went with a chevy. Car is in the shop again...bought a brand new Kia last year with 14 miles on it.. problems ever since. Within 24 hours of owning it, my radio messed up..have had multiple repairs on the radio since. N...ow they say the sway bars are going out...what? $30,000 for a new car and this is what I get. I've tried reaching out to the sales manager, no luck..was told they would pass it along to the GM ... No luck... I just want options on how to replace my "New" car that should absolutely not be having these issues, and I can't even get them to give me a call to give me any options. You would think they would realize this is a real issue, and offer something..some kind of trade..but nope...forced to make payments on a car I bought brand new that is broken. Should have just stuck with my 07 altima with 160,000 problems with it.. See More
