The Carrick Activity Centre

I know everyone is aware of the disappointing news that we are having to close at 6pm on Friday for 3 weeks (hopefully just 3 weeks). We are absolutely gutted ...for everyone who has been back at it over the last couple months.

We will still be here to help over this time so don't hesitate to get in touch with us for anything at all.

We have made up some home workout sheets for our members with a variety of workouts. Minimal equipment required. You can collect these at the centre today or tomorrow. If anyone would like to take a piece of equipment home please come and see us.
