***HURRICANE MATTHEW UPDATE***

Slow-moving and powerful Hurricane Matthew is moving...
toward the north at around 7 mph. The storm should continue its northward motion, with some increase in speed, through Tuesday night.

Beyond that, latest forecast guidance has trended more to the west and by Wednesday, Matthew should be moving along a path to the NNW.

Although there continues to be UNCERTAINTY with regard to the eventual track of Matthew, there are some signs that this system MAY have a direct impact on E NC during Saturday.
