Russian Twists are great for obliques (sides of abs). Here is the standard version. You can also take the feet off of the ground and balance in a "V-Sit" position while doing this as well. That is if you're lookin to take it up a notch. The weight is optional. Which works better for you--feet in the air or on the ground?
