I was recommended this body shop by a Facebook friend. Checked a few other body shops out but was not impressed at all. Not by the exterior or they way they treated their customers. The first time we went to D&S Automotive was several months ago when my husbands car was rear-ended. The shop was immaculate. It looked more like a showroom than a car repair shop. They did a timel...y & excellent job. Last week I took my Honda CRV for repair of deep scratch. They did a great job and did not insist the doors be repainted and offered a touch up for much less (which I chose). Brought my truck in to have a lift put on, and after hearing about this place so much and spending 2.6k I was hoping for better. Was given a time to pick it up and then still waited almost an hour. T...hey had also told me there were 2 thousand dollars worth of things that "needed replaced" as they tore my front end apart for the lift. I am very mechanically inclined as I work on heavy equipment for a living, and brought it home to find out they were just trying to make a buck on me by claiming the parts were bad! Not very smart on their part nowadays. When I called management to ask what this about I was only argued with and told they would bleed my brakes again as compensation? (Which was done poorly the first time). Decided to not waste any more time with people who seem to be clueless to anything other than ripping people off. The only thing I am happy with is the lift kit itself and the fact that they are located at a convienent distance from my house. Would not recommend to anyone. See More

Went to pick my SUV on a Friday. They were doing work on the bumper that someone hit me from behind. The job was so unacceptable they told me to stop looking it over. Scratches in the paint job, bump...er not on properly, stuff/bublbles under the paint, the window molding damaged from who knows. Finally picked it up the following Tuesday. Still not right. Blemishes on the hatch. Now I have to wait 30 days for the clear coat to harden and bring it back for a buff. The staff couldn't have apologized more but the workmanship..not so much.
