A lovely seasonal birthday cake for Dunc this year. I made Nigella's clementine cakes, then filled them with fresh clementines, clementine cream (softly whipped double cream and homemade clementine curd) then topped them with candied clementines, chopped hazelnuts, clementine caramel and clementine zest. Lucky he likes clementines!
