NZ First fails to fulfil their policy promise to farmers! The Bill removes the regulated milk provisions, and now internationally owned companies can access regulated milk.
Why doesn’t the Government support Fonterra in the value-add Labour claims to want? They’re trying to take out the DIRA clause that would help ADD value to the industry. They’re doing the opposite and hamstringing Fonterra in the competitive market.

Farmers beware! Govt passed DIRA under urgency so that they can set up another review of the dairy industry including environmental issues and land use- this is entirely beyond what DIRA was set up for! Funded by Parliamentary Service. Authorised by D. Bennett, 510 Grey St, Ham East
