Unfinished business: Mark will issue a fuller statement thanking his supporters and outlining his next moves after meeting with his legal team tomorrow, Wednesday 4th June, and meeting with his union branch later the same afternoon.

At this point we can say that Mark will be looking for suitable redress for his arrest, the unwarranted period of detention in police cells, the punitive bail conditions, the refusal of the court yesterday to award Mark his costs, the taking of h...is DNA and the politically motivated use of the Trades Union and Labour Relations Act to charge him.

This is not the sort of crap that Mark or the RMT take lightly.

Once again, a big thanks to all those who stood by Mark. Venceremos.
