Cultural Gifts Store in Kraków, Poland

On a recent trip to Krakow, Poland I visited this store (DekorAr) and purchased four items. They we...re shipped to the States and received within 2 and a half weeks. Everything arrived in perfect shape. The packing was amazing. Definitely with care!
The store is a pleasure to shop in. Nice selection of beautiful pottery! The Staff was wonderful. They were so helpful, patient and kind. They have two stores close to each other and they allowed me to combine the purchases for shipping. This was my first time shipping something from Europe so I was a little nervous but they exceeded my expectations. I would definitely buy and ship again from them. BEAUTIFUL Pottery. I visited the shop for the first time in 2015 and recently returned in 2019. Just... as a remembered....lots of pottery to choose from. I love my Poland Pottery and remember my time here every time I use it. When I discovered they had an online shop I was ecstatic! The owner is incredibly kind and willing to help in anyway he can. I visited this store on 29 Aug 2017. They had a wide selection of polish pottery. However, beyond ...that, they had excellent customer service! I had purchased items at the Polish Pottery Festival in Boleslawiec the previous week and they agreed to ship those items to the USA along with the items I purchased in their shop. The box arrived about 3 weeks later. It was extremely well packaged and nothing broke. I will definitely return to this shop on my next trip to Poland. Dziekuje! See More
