Okay so I went here last night and the service was horrible. I've been here before and it wasn't like this once before. There was like only one server on. I didn't get my BBQ sauce either for my chick...en strips since you didn't have the chicken noodle soup I like. And the server took 20 mins to come to my table. Two bussers tried taking my order. They didn't write it down either so I took over an hour to eat. I was only a party of one. I'm never coming here again! I spent $6 on uber to go there and it wasn't worth it. This restaurant is consistent with the worse service ever. The food is gross. Yesterday's visit I was fortunate to have someone's hair in it to. It's literally a block away from my house. Will not go ...back. It's a very bad managed store. From management to the entire staff they are lost. The place is so dirty. Do not know how this restaurant stays open. We sat there a good 5-7 minutes before we acknowledged. They took another 20 minutes to get our drinks. The food took another 30 min or so to get served. See More

Went 2 days in a row and it was like 2 different places. First day was great. Fast service,great food. Second day not so much. Severely short staffed. Overheard waitresses complaining. No sausage !! S...eriously. Was not happy but it’s also understandable when stress is high. Won’t stop me from returning. See More

I was on a trip here from California visiting family.
Came here with my sister and mom.
My sister just ordered scrambled eggs and toast with red cubbed potatoes. She got cheese on her eggs she didn't... ask for.
I ordered the Grandslam and asked for the cubbed potatoes and rye toast.
I got hash bowns and white toast. By the time I recieved the right potatoes and toast my eggs were ice cold.
So I could not finish my breakfast.

The staff was very friendly and the service was very good. I love that they have a vegan burger option (otherwise, I wouldn't have ordered). I ordered online and only had to wait a few minutes when ...I got there (a little early). I didn't mind because that meant my food was hot and fresh. The only complaint I have is that they build their burgers upside-down, and the bottom bun got soggy from the pickles and tomatoes. Apparently, that's a Denny's thing though, because if you go on their website, that's how the burgers are pictured. Other than that, I was very pleased. I will be returning. See More

So I'm leaving now after being here for over an hour and off to go get lunch! The food was so bad I had to send it back. It looked like they poured grease over my fries. Saw the waitress twice, my dau...ghter never got a refill. Then they over charged us $2. Never going back! See More

Hi, even though the ball was dropped by the cooking staff and didn't get my son's food out at the same time as the rest, it was ok. The waitress was more than just saying she was sorry. She was kind, ...was sweet to my young sons and attentive. The food was fine and all, but her service was excellent. She just went that little bit further. Which sadly doesn't happen very much. When we went to pay I didn't want her tip on a credit card, who knows when she would get it. I asked for change of a large bill when I paid, they didn't have any change enough to break the bill. I was surprised. Well I went to our waitress and explained I wanted to give her a tip I cash, but they didn't have change enough in the till. I paid her half of our food bill as a tip to her. Her face lit up and that big smile was there and she thank me. I told her it was our thanks to her for making our Easter brunch a very nice experience. See More

We got there At 11:53am. Took 45 min to get our party of 5 order. 4 out of our 5 orders were wrong. One order was incorrect 4 times. We requested the mgr and sent an employee instead. We again asked f...or him. It took a total of 20 mins before he came to the table and had an attitude. Only 3 out of the 5 of ate. I was ton part to eat and my daughter never ate because her other was NVR right. I want to the front request the mgr again. Waited 5 minutes then an employee tells me he is busy. I had to get a little loud and request him again. I asked for a 800 # the employee tells me it not in the receipt and to go online. It took another 5 minutes for the mgr finally show up. I explained what occurred with in satisfactory results. I asked for the 800 # from him and he GV me 954-621-5175. We went at 1145am on Sunday January 1st, 2017. 3 other tables sat 5-10 minutes after us (2 other 4 tops and a 2 top), ordered, received their food and had their check/to go box before we saw our food.... I had to go to the front counter to find the general manager to ask why it was taking so long because after we received our drinks the server never returned. The General Manager showed no rush or care when I told him our issues. There was another table that had been waiting as long as us for their food, a 3 top, also our same server. When we finally recived some of our meals we had to ask for the rest of them. I ordered 2 fried eggs, and I received 1 complete egg plus 1 fried yoke, no whites. When I showed the manager he stood speechless and offered no apology for the issue with the food or the wait. He then said he would take care of our whole bill. I would like to say that the waitress that had the other 3 tables was fast and attentive. We watched the tables ask for different things and she returned immediately with them! That's how we knew we were getting such terrible service. I will NEVER go to another Danny's again! See More

I want to say that Denny,s has done an all time low by trying to charge 1.99 for milk to put into a cup of coffee. It cost 1.89 for a half gallon of milk in the store. It takes an ounce to put into ...a cup of coffee. What are they going to do next charge for the plate they are putting the food on. See More

It's been about 2 years since I visited this location, and let me tell you what a big difference the remodeling made. The service was great and my server was amazing. Justin was our server, as soon as... we walked in he greeted us and took us to a booth. He kept checking up on us, and always had a smile on his face. Keep up the good work Justin! I have become fed up with the Denny's at University and Sunrise and decided to venture a bit further out west and try a Denny's which I haven't before.

Worth every second of the trip....

It was refreshing from what I was used to, nice job guys. Attentive staff, clean, really nice vibe, just an overall expected great experience.

I always go to the Denny’s on 12100 W. Sunrise Blvd. The food is always done the way you want it. The servers are very accommodating and ensure your need are met. We went on Christmas morning, it was not busy to our surprise. It took almost 20 mins after being seated to get a server to take our drink order, after having to go find one. Our server was on break a...s she told us when she came to the table. We all ordered slams with no cheese on anything and my mom ordered a ham and cheese omelette. I got grits as one of my choices. When the food came another 25 mins later, there was cheese in my dad's eggs and everything was ice cold except my husbands grandslam sandwich that was hot because it was grilled . Three times I had to ask for my grits. When they came I couldn't even believe that they served them to a customer. THE grits was all water and clumps. Gross. We had to send everything back because my parents weren't paying $40 for cold food. Another 20 mins and the food came out right and hot, with exception to the grits, I didn't even ask for them to be replaced. My mom was so upset she didn't cook and we were all mad at this point. It took almost 35 more minutes to get the check. Ridiculous See More
