I work for a growing real estate firm and this app has failed us at least 1 day out of every 3. There's no customer service number and no remuneration system for lost business caused by their system b...eing completely down for days. We've submitted dozens of tickets over the last month and services get progressively worse. I'm pretty sure we can't afford to continue putting our success in their hands. Good luck! And if you know of any worthwhile competitors, please PM me!! See More

Buyer Beware. This company has some very questionable sales practices. There is zero customer service, their phones are poor quality and you will get the run around if you ever have a problem. There... are so many 1 star reviews of this company. That should be a warning right there. See More

CAUTION!! - Once you decide to stop using Dialpad for any reason, Dialpad will give you the runaround about giving you access to the phones. Meaning that if you leave them you might as well throw thos...e $400 phones in the trash. This is HIGHLY illegal. Dialpad support gave me the runaround and once my numbers ported out, they cancelled my account. Then the HEAD of Support emailed me saying that the reason they cannot unlock the phones is because I no longer have an active account and they dont have a way to run my credit card. I asked them to start the unlocking process before my numbers were ported out. So illegal!! See More

Dialpad has been great and very easy to use. There were some features I wanted but couldn't find so I started a chat with them and they were able to turn the features on for me quickly. You do need to... make sure you have good internet service and have the right Bluetooth headsets for the service to work properly. Overall I am very happy with them. See More

Pricing is not truly transparent as they advertise on their site. They fail to mention in their pricing charts that some features listed cost extra. You don't realize this until you sign-up with a cre...dit card as the "free trial" is not a true free trial. Most features are limited and then you're hit with a surprise and costly business mistakes when you realize the additional fees. So surprising coming from a company that is associated to UberConference, which I love. I canceled my last phone provider thinking everything was good to go and now I'm stuck in the middle while my entire company's phone system is offline for god knows how long. Thanks for inconveniencing me and the 9 years I've been in business. Ugh. See More

We've been on their platform for about a year. The features and functionality are great. Love the call metrics, mobile app, ability to text from your office line, and the fact that I don't have a phone taking up space. That said, recently we've been experiencing issues and support needed to address those has been lacking severely. This hasn't always been the case, but I fear this will continue to be an issue. I've edited my review of this service from 5 start to 1 star.
I've had Dial Pad for over a year and now there is ZERO support.
I've submitted numerous tickets and got NOTHING back.. I called and the system said my account doesn't have phone support and hung up.

Not sure why you guys thought this was a good idea.. but I'm officially looking for a better service.. because the support here is complete and utter GARBAGE.

Oh.. and the immense amount of dropped calls is staggering!

NONE of the online apps we use integrates with Dialpad.

They removed telephone support! They are an VoIP company. Their way of making a new pricing point was to features from the basic instead of adding features to a pro. I can't see the numbers of missed ...calls. You can only check voicemail on your desktop. Why is this an app? Why have you not actually fixed anything where I've needed assistance? Google voice is actually better. Hey support please call me I'd like to take my number and port it to Google voice! My dialpad number is 843.723.2313 please call over and over if there is no answer as I won't be able to tell I've missed a call. Also voicemail doesn't work! See More

I really wanted Dialpad to work as I love the idea of their platform. But time and again, they have failed me. The app is buggy. Half of my inbound calls never even ring the phone, but yet I see a "mi...ssed call" notification from Dialpad. Half of the outbound calls fail to connect (only show a spinning wheel); the app has to be force-quit and restarted to get a call to go out. And good luck trying to contact support - they don't even offer phone support (and its a freaking phone company!). It took them SIX DAYS to respond to my email for support. Terrible! See More

Organization I work for has been using dialpad for a few months now, we all get several spam calls each day. Ridiculous for a paid service. You need to do better. I'ts almost like you sold numbers to ...spammers after taking money from us. See More

Just like others reported, we had some "hiccups" in the beginning, but we kept having problems. I recently found out that customers haven't been able to get through to us or it says the line has been... disconnected. It has cost me at least hundreds of dollars in business. If you don't need all your calls to come through, then this is the phone system for you. You get what you pay for I guess. See More

This has to be the WORST company/service in the history of humanity. Not only did it not work properly the whole time that I had this service but if you needed support you get a voice mail and no one ...ever called back. They would change the way the account was billed and not tell the customer until they received the invoice and then demand that you pay with a credit card or else. Kyle Sanders is a lier, rude and should be FIRED for his complete and udder lack of ethical customer service. I DO NOT recommend this company/service to anyone for any reason. See More

I can't afford to have my phone down for 5 days+ while they figure out why the "port" didn't work. I'm losing $$$ a day and a company that sells phone systems doesn't have a phone number you can call ...for support and good luck getting an email response in less than 48 hours. See More

UPDATE: After my first review, I switched to another company. After watching the improvements, the newer reviews, I switched back to switch. And I am now a happy switch user. The setup is simple, ...the ease of use is awesome, and the unique abilities inside the google business apps are a great extra.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had with a toll free service. Ported my number and they messed it up. Half the country and call it the other half can't. I was told to have half the country to call there phone company and submit a ticket. Please rethink if you plan to use them.

As a startup, I want to like the product. I think the support is terrible and the documentation is limited at best. I would recommend you look elsewhere.

Switching over to Switch was a complete disaster. Since day one, their service was not as promised. No caller ID feature, existing number port was not done as promised (bounced between two phone Nothing but missed calls(LOST BUSINESS FOR US!), non working voicemail. Staff and tech support was kind and professional but had no idea what they were doing and wasted out time over the phone (Nothing was ever resolved). Surprises me how a company can have their service go Live without a solid foundation. I am no longer with Switch. Steer clear of SWITCH, you will be at loss. See More

Simple and straightforward to setup. Design-- from web UI to industrial design of Obihai phones is a plus. Should offer more flexibility with dialing options, for example extensions for certain phones.../users rather than requiring a PSTN number. See More
