I've had Dial Pad for over a year and now there is ZERO support.
I've submitted numerous tickets and got NOTHING back.. I called and the system said my account doesn't have phone support and hung up.
Not sure why you guys thought this was a good idea.. but I'm officially
Oh.. and the immense amount of dropped calls is staggering
NONE of the online apps we use integrates
One of the worst experience
