What say you...do you think we are approaching a housing bubble?
Building wealth using your VA loan. An interesting investment strategy...
Cohousing: housing that can help foster social connection. Sounds like a great idea to me, especially in the age of technology, where connection has become harder and harder to come by for many.
Attended the Annual Legal Symposium sponsered by Washington Realtors. It was held Wednesday at the SeaTac Marriot. Eight different Real Estate Attorneys speaking on topices ranging from: Condos, Privacy, & Due Diligence; Drones & Marketing Images: Mutiple Offers & Off Market Sale Considerations: National Brokerage Issues: "Do I have to Disclose_____?" The speakers were excellent and the information invaluable to real estate professionals who desire to improve their personal s...ervice offering to their clients. It was a full day, but well worth the time and expense. I will attend again next year and encourge others to attend as well.
One of the hot topics of discussion was the recent WA State Supreme Court decision on Water Rights called the "Hirst Decision" If you own vacant land and are holding it to build on it in the future or as an investment, you need to understand the changes to WA State law regarding your water rights. Without a "Water Availability" Cerificate from your County you are stymied and can't build. This article begins the discussion. Call me if you have any questions and I can be the sourse of the sourse to you, your family or friends. They need to know about this.
