****Employee with hot temper and disregard for the law**** An employee here is a douchebag. He didn't like that I passed him on the highway, so proceeded to exert road rage. He sped up to get in front... of me, then slowed down (in the left lane) to volley the car next to him. He got over to exit, as did I, then I went back into the left lane to go around a diesel, which he then cut me off and slowed down. I got back over to exit, he then crossed over two lanes, cutting off another person, to exit in front of me. So many illegal things. I sure as hell wouldn't want HIM doing my security...or driving on the same road. Rage issues and an all-around terrible person. Oh and I have a video. See More

This person will be responsible for performing skilled security technician work in the installation, service, troubleshooting, alternation and programming of all security related systems. This individual must have a strong background in Access Control, CCTV, Burglary and Fire Alarms. Additional responsibilities of the Service Technician include, but are not limited to, the following:

>> Performs service/installation of access control, intrusion alarm, closed circuit television systems, and other various security related systems.
>> Evaluate, diagnose, troubleshoot and perform repairs as necessary.
>> Perform upgrades and additions to systems in order to increase functionality utilization.
>> Perform computer program entry as required to add CCTV cameras, access control and intrusion alarm systems as needed.
>> Prepare documentation in a variety of written and electronic for the purpose of providing written support in compliance with regulations and/or conveying information.
>> Responsible for reading and understanding technical drawings, assigned project documentation and work orders including scope of work and determine if additional information is needed.
>> Available for scheduled on-call to respond to after-hours emergency service calls.
>> Exhibit effective customer service skills by consistently communicating with Service Coordinator, Branch Manager, and customers to ensure complete customer satisfaction experience.

Position Requirements:

>>> Experience in servicing, troubleshooting and programming IP Video & Networking Systems
>>> Experience in servicing, troubleshooting and programming Access Control Systems
>>> Must have a valid access control and CCTV licensing
>>> Industry certifications for Access Control systems and/or CCTV a plus
>>> Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
>>> Technical experience in low voltage systems.
>>> Familiarity with applicable codes.
>>> Competent in Project Finalization
>>> Deadline driven.
>>> Detail oriented.
>>> Must have a current, valid driver's license in the state of which you are applying and have the ability to meet our company driving standards.
