Which Items in the Food Supply Have GMOs?
GMOs are sold in grocery and other food stores.
More and more foods and products are being genetically engineered or contain genetically engineered ingredients. Here are eight of the most common to look out for. If a product contains these ingredients and is not labeled non-GMO Verified or Organic Certified, there’s a good chance it contains GMOs:...
Zucchini and Yellow Summer Squash
ALSO high-risk: animal products (milk, meat, eggs, honey, etc.) because of contamination in feed...
What product ingredients commonly contain genetically engineered crops?
Amino Acids, Aspartame, Ascorbic Acid, Sodium Ascorbate, Vitamin C, Citric Acid, Sodium Citrate, Ethanol, Flavorings (“natural” and “artificial”), High-Fructose Corn Syrup, Hydrolyzed Vegetable Protein, Lactic Acid, Maltodextrins, Molasses, Monosodium Glutamate, Sucrose, Textured Vegetable Protein (TVP), Xanthan Gum (http://action.greenamerica.org/p/…/web/common/public/signup…)
Rock Calcium supplements and isolated Vitamin D failure.
A new review has been published that claims that taking supplemental calcium and vitamin D does not ward off the 'brittle bones' of old age.
It claims that seniors are wasting money on those supplements. And, to a degree, that probably is correct....
Many news agencies have picked up this report the past couple of days.
Yet, not one of the news reports I saw mentioned that the commonly taken calcium supplements are NOT food calcium, but instead are ground up industrially processed rocks. They are not natural for humans.
Food calcium, as well as food vitamin D, is helpful for bone health.
Nutrients from foods, and in the same bio-effective forms found in foods, are what is effective.
Sadly, this is something the media will tend to overlook.
Hack Your Cough?
That is a headline in the January 2018 edition of AARP's magazine.
Their number 1 suggestion?...
(Yes, they wrote that in all caps.)
This is despite the fact that the 2017 vaccine has been a disaster in Australia and is not assured to work well in the USA.
I will skip the vaccine, watch my diet, and take the proper supplements.
No, AARP, I do not intend to follow your 'suggestion.'
Have you seen the January 2018 issue of Consumer Reports?
It has an article titled "How to survive colds & flu season."
The article also has a section titled "The Truth About Supplements."...
That section admits that research shows that echinacea helps, but says it is not worth the risk. It says that research related to probiotics show that, "Good bacteria ... may help prevent respiratory tract infections," but it does not recommend taking them. It admits research finds that Vitamin C is helpful, but warns against it for fear of kidney stones or diarrhea (somethings I have never seen happen with food vitamin C). It says research shows that zinc can reduce the length and severity of colds, but says the benefits are not worth the risks.
When I read this, I was thinking, "What century are these people (author and editors) in?"
The main Consumer Reports article, while mentioning that various OTC medications have side effects and are only of limited help, did not ever state that they were not recommended or worth the risk.
This type of one-sided and improper reporting is one reason that many distrust mainstream pronouncements. The article also overlooked glandulars which in my view are much safer and effective.
Ignoring Consumer Reports, my wife will keep our house stocked with items like Thymo-Immune, Conga-Immune, Zinc Complex, C Complex, Probio-Zyme-Yst, Vira-Bac-Yst, and Vira-Chron.
Thank you for your support of 100% FOOD supplements. Our family of clients grows thanks to your referrals which we appreciate.
We are experiencing cost increases for all the grown vitamins and minerals, as well as many other ingredients used in our products. When we had this happen to us last year, we did not realize that the cost increases to us were higher than we thought. So, another price increase is needed.
Although we have again decided NOT to raise prices across the... board, the prices of many products will be increase on January 1, 2018. We try, whenever possible, to give notice of price increases. This gives you an opportunity to stock up on your favorites during the month of December. Order this month at the current prices and save! Again, no changes until January 1st.

P.S. As mentioned in our last letter to you, health professionals can now order products online from us---but most need to telephone us first to get the proper link. As a reminder we ARE NOT selling online to non-health care professionals---but we are offering this as an option for health care professional such as you.
"Let your food be your medicine, and medicine you food" (Hippocrates).
A new report from the CDC, today, finds that 88% of Americans do not consume enough fruits and vegetables (http://www.ajc.com/…/cdc-adults-ski…/gqDRxpSWZsehduvFAVad2I/).
While that is bad as that equates to increased risk for cancer, heart disease, and diabetes for this 88%, it misses something.
That even the 12% who consume enough fruits and vegetables are likely at risk for deficiencies of one or more trace minerals. Trace minerals are not something put back in the soil for conventional crops.
While organic farmers do put in natural fertilizers that contain trace minerals, even they do not insure that ALL the trace minerals that human beings need are available for their crops.
That is why we recommend a 100% Food Vitamin-Mineral to nearly all of our clients here. I, and all my family members, also take it. http://doctorsresearch.com/prod_vitmin.html
There is just too much risk of trace mineral and other deficiencies.
Because news sources sometimes report health problems and or the lack of benefits from taking vitamin supplements, Dr Thiel wanted to remind everyone that the media overlooks food nutrients. Consider the following about antioxidants.
Food Antioxidants are Superior to Isolated Antioxidants
Notice a report on yet another study from the US Centers for Disease Control:
"America is stereotypically known as an obese country, and the most recent report released by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention Friday proves this stereotype.
In 2016, the CDC reported that 39.8 percent of U.S. adults were obese, a sizeable jump from two years ago when it was 33.7 percent....
While people need to be more self-aware and make healthy decisions, it’s time that Americans turn their attention to the products that create this problem." https://dailytitan.com/…/food-labels-americans-obesity-nut…/
Processed foods simply do not have the nutrients that natural ones have. Plus, they often have 'flavor-enhancers' that encourage people to overeat.
One reason that diets often fail and that people overeat is because they, generally unknowingly, crave nutrients that they lack.
A craving for iodine often leads people to consume salty foods as iodine is added to salt in many countries. A craving for sweets could also be to attain chromium, a small amount of which is in processed cane sugar (natural cane sugar contains more substantial amounts). A craving for starchy-foods may indicate the need for B-vitamins or other nutrients.
Since I do not expect the food supply to be corrected in this age, plus have to travel, everyone in my family takes the Food Research Vitamin-Mineral as it contains all known essential nutrients. While taking it does not make foods taste bad, many have reported that it helps with food cravings.
Food Vitamins and Minerals ARE Better!
Most multi-vitamin formulas are primarily synthetic (e.g. petroleum-derived) vitamins plus crushed industrial rocks, yet even peer reviewed medical research has concluded that food vitamins are superior to synthetics . Numerous scientific papers have concluded that Food vitamins and minerals are better than USP isolated ‘nutrients’ because they contain important enzymes, peptides and phytonutrients which are critical to the utilizatio...n of vitamins and minerals and are lacking in isolated USP nutrients [e.g. 1,2].
The Difference is More than Quantitative
Some have felt that if they take, for example, twice as much of a synthetic vitamin or industrial rock (called a mineral salt) than a Food vitamin or mineral, then it will be just as effective in the body. That is not true. An analogy might be appropriate here. Let’s say two people want to build a computer. One has 100% of all the parts (like in Food nutrients) and the other has 97% of all the parts, but the parts are a lot bigger (like in USP rocks), which computer will work correctly? The one with all the parts! Shouldn’t your body have all the nutritional parts it needs? USP vitamins and minerals are cheap (or not so cheap) industrial imitations of Food vitamins and minerals--they are not Food!
IN AGRICULTURAL RESEARCH, it’s been understood for some time that many of our most important foods have been getting less nutritious. Measurements of fruits and vegetables show that their minerals, vitamin and protein content has measurably dropped over the past 50 to 70 years. Researchers have generally assumed the reason is fairly straightforward: We’ve been breeding and choosing crops for higher yields, rather than nutrition, and higher-yielding crops—whether broccoli, tom...atoes, or wheat—tend to be less nutrient-packed.
In 2004, a landmark study of fruits and vegetables found that everything from protein to calcium, iron and vitamin C had declined significantly across most garden crops since 1950. The researchers concluded this could mostly be explained by the varieties we were choosing to grow.
The above article demonstrates why people in the 21st Century need to consider taking Food Supplements.
As most people are aware, our specially grown 100% Food Supplements do provide the vitamins and minerals often lacking in the modern diets.
Dr Robert Thiel
As a nutritionist (Ph.D. in nutrition science) and a naturopath (former president of the California State Naturopathic Medical Association and author of the book Combining Old and New: Naturopathy for the 21st Century), I realize that it is vital for nutrients to be absorbed at the cellular level and for toxins to be expelled by the body in order to optimize health.
So when a trained chiropractor I knew told me about the how a device called BEMER worked and affected circulation, I was intrigued.
Through the use of Tesla waves, the BEMER helps get nutrients to cells and speeds up the body's ability to detoxify. BEMER owns five global patents and BEMER research has received numerous scientific awards.
After my wife and I tried the BEMER for ourselves, we had to have one.
The body's nutrient and oxygen supply and waste disposal
Physical fitness, endurance, strength, and energy
Concentration, mental acuity, stress reduction, and relaxation
Only good, functional circulation ensures proper supply of nutrients and oxygen as well as proper waste disposal.
This is fundamental to all metabolic processes. On this basis, it is clear what a critical role the circulatory system plays in overall health and well being.
Proper supply of oxygen and nutrients and disposal of waste products equals a healthy body. Consider that
the point of nutrition is to get nutrients to cells, and according to naturopathic pioneers, poor health results when the body is not properly expelling toxins.
We began to use the BEMER in our clinic is late 2016. We believe BEMER can help 100% FOOD supplements be even more effective. If you may be interested in learning more or getting one, check out: doctorsresearch.bemergroup.com
You eat more dead things, than live things. You need to be eating things that harvest the sun. Start supplementing your crappy diet with live healthy things.

Welcome to our new page. We hope to put up helpful information to assist you and your clientele.
Often, many are confused about news items and we feel that additional, timely, information can be helpful.
For example, a recent report found that smokers who took regular nutritional supplements increased their risk of developing lung cancer....
This caused many to again wonder about nutritional supplements. Instead it should be a warning to everybody that synthetic/USP isolated nutrients are not as safe as many assume.
The reality is that foods high in nutrients, like vitamin C, improve human health. Thus, supplements that are 100% food and supply 100% food nutrients are still a good idea for those interested in their health.
