Misc $60 charge.. not the hold amount but is nowhere to be found in the system so therefore there's nothing they can do for me..
� It's been 7 days tomorrow since I called & it took four days for them to even respond back to me after I had to call them back first. Then, The first gentleman that I talked to didn't do his job so now I have to file a dispute and who knows how long that's going to take.
My question: Why, is MY money being held from me when it was your hotels staff mistake as to why this was even a problem in the first place??? Because I honestly feel like they can make the mistakes yet ( the customer) in the end have to go through all of the trouble of getting it fixed while they just sit there and go about their day?! #customers
