My cousin is getting married here on April 7th. She has reserved the venue and a room. My mom and a very close family friend traveled 2 hrs to also stay here for 1 night. She reserved a double queen b...ed room first floor, 3 weeks in advance. After a long day of helping the bride to be with wedding needs....she and her friend went to check in. When she arrived to the room ($158), it had no beds and 2 couches on the 3rd floor. The front desk told her sorry, they are all out of rooms and that she is welcome to sleep on the couch. They told her that if she had checked in earlier that she would have had beds. Tulsa Double Tree...you are horrendous! You should be ashamed. My 67 year old mother and friend without a room at midnight the night before her niece's wedding. You should refund for the wedding venue rental and comp my mother a night for a future date! I hope this review reaches the highest management and is shared all over social media. See More

My kids wrestle so we have been coming to this hotel for 6 years for Tulsa Nationals I never had a problem until this year found a bed bug in our room we change hotels right away the bad thing is we g...ave the bug to the front desk they call the Exterminator but they threw the bug away before he could even look at it so we ended up having to wash all our clothes and take care of all the things to make sure we didn't take bed bugs back to our home and all the people said at the front desk was they was going to investigate it and wash our clothes we will never stay here again it ended up ruining a whole weekend because my wife didn't get to watch the kids wrestle she had to spend her day washing and cleaning our cars and making sure all our clothes was washed so we didn't have any bugs thanks a lot DoubleTree management������ See More

Booked a room for the New Year’s Eve party, the next morning we checked out and discovered that our car had been broken into(smashed window and damage to the door) we had parked in the covered parking... garage. Not much help from the security team, they claim that the garage is patrolled every hour. Our car alarm will not shut down unless it is reset from the key so I have a hard time believing that the security patrolled at all. Surveillance cameras would have been a big help, but the hotel has none. See More

We stayed at the Doubletree in Tulsa for New Year's eve, we went down to have breakfast at the Warren Duck Club. We couldn't enjoy breakfast because it was so cold. When we checked out, I told th...e manager they might want to turn some heat on, he looked unfazed. That will definitely be two trips in one. First and last. See More

Disappointing. Over $100 and breakfast not included, have to pay for parking also. Lady at front desk was a snob. Water in shower was warm, not hot. Room phone didn't work either. Not happy at all, wi...ll not ever stay again. Too expensive to be treated badly from the front desk clerk. *Pretty hotel, clean rooms, treated like dirt. See More

Since our room was filled 30 minutes prior to arriving, a courtesy call is appropriate considering we booked two months in advanced.

We were able to find a hotel with availability within 5 miles wh...en you tried to send us 30 minutes away. Expand your list of neighboring hotels.

You are a Hilton hotel. Raise your standards of practice. You aren’t a motel 8, take more pride in your business.

We always enjoy our stay !!!! We love this hotel!!! The only problem I had was I needed a microwave for our room and they wanted me to pay 15 dollars a nite and I couldn’t afford that so we had to do ...with out!!! But when I booked my room I was told I would have that and a refrigerator and at no extra cost but I did have the refrigerator jus did without a microwave!!! But we still enjoyed our time!!!! I was kinda of disappointed with our stay here over the weekend. First of all , I booked our room here after hours of looking at different hotels in the Tulsa area with indoor pools and going by stars... and pictures alone , I decided to book here. It was our daughters 12th bday and instead of doing a big production we let her bring a friend to stay the night and swim at a nice hotel. I booked the king with balcony corner room , which to me in the pics looked close to a suite which is what I really wanted , but the difference in price was close to $150 higher. So upon arrival I asked if there was an upgrade available for us and was told they were all booked. So we went up to room and changed into our swimwear and headed down to the pool. When we walked in There was standing water everywhere covering the pool deck floor. We sit our stuff down the kids get in the pool (which looked nothing like it does in the online pics) and before we know it , a child from I'm guessing a birthday party or baby shower that was going on in the pool area starting screaming bloody murder over and over and over and over ......FINALLY a mother from same party came over and told her to stop. So me and my husband get into the hot tub which wasn't for long once I looked around at it because it was extremely dirty. The tile grout needs to be bleached for sure , and the ring around the hot tub needs to scrubbed itself. So we got out and got on our phones instead and couldn't hook up to your Wifi. After the girls and my husband and I spent a couple hours trying to connect I went and asked front desk for help and they vrjng out a little piece of paper with login in code info and instructions for the wifi, which would have been great to have slipped in our room key holder upon check in to avoid the frustration of not knowing how to connect. We go to dinner , come back and go to swim again and upon getting ready to head up to the room there was 4 towels left out of both towel racks down there. So we get ready to settle in for evening and I called for a roll away and was told there would be a $10 charge so I agreed because what else was I gonna do ? They bring it up and this bed was in the worst shape I've ever seen a bed in . It was extremely old and very uncomfortable. So needless to say I was less than thrilled with the whole thing , it was supposed to be a luxury treat for all of us for her bday but instead it was just kinda a pain in the in the rear. See More

Stayed for the first time this NYE for party and overall it was ok but super cold everywhere in the hotel and no fridge or microwave was a let down. Probably wouldn't stay again unless party involved ...with drinking! Not what I expected for the name. See More

I loved it I've had a lot of Christmas parties over the years there have always loved this hotel very nice people to work with and always friendly it's a five star hotel in my book

I wish there was a way to give negative stars. Not allergen friendly at all. If you are allergic to down, dont count on being comfortable because you even have to take off the mattress pad and they ha...ve no way to purchase benadryl. Most hotels have a small place by the desk to purchase small items you might have forgotten..like a toothbrush...or pain reliever...or benadryl when you just want to breathe. The awesome thing is I still have one more night here. See More

We give it a 4.5!! Staff was very accomodating with our room mix-up for three of us attending a Natural Health intensive training. When we arrived for 7 days we were given one king and a Rolla bed b...ecause our double room was already gone which we had reserved. Our first two nights were not fun for our third friend who couldn't sleep on that very old and uncomfortable bed so we asked to upgrade and we're promised a room when it became available on Sunday NT. We asked for a discount since they couldn't accommodate us right away and the very friendly night receptionist Ivy said she would ask the manager and then she gave us delicious warm chocolate chip cookies. The next morning she showed up with 3, $15 coupons to spend where ever we wanted so we had a delicious salad bar in the hotel the next day. Then the next day she showed up at our door with an upgrade to a suite which had just become open. We were very excited that they came to move us and gave us a very comfortable suite for their mistake at the same price of our original room. The jacuzzi and steam room was a big plus and I even found bargains in their very fashionable boutique to take home with me!! And yes the front door man, Steve was always friendly to us when we passed him in the front lobby to go to the elevator. :) See More

I travel quite a bit. I have never encountered a more experienced and service oriented Valet person. He seems to wear a lot of hats and wears each one extremely well. You want advice? Steve has it; a... ride? steve's on it; recommendations? Steve has them or will find them... a one of a kind type of employee that is truly irreplaceable! Don't let me leave out the evening bartender was very nice and quick to serve. These two people made our stay one to be desired and help overshadow a few mishaps during the stay. I would have loved to have given a 5 star review, but the following issues held me at 4: Cold room service breakfast, bar ran out of my 2 favorite vodkas, front desk seemed turned off by the fact that I booked on Expedia. I'm sure these items are not common and hope they get corrected moving forward. See More

My morning requires a WHOLE Bottle of Confianza!

DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Tulsa - Warren Place is going to have me pulling my hair out! ...

Misc $60 charge.. not the hold amount but is nowhere to be found in the system so therefore there's nothing they can do for me..
� It's been 7 days tomorrow since I called & it took four days for them to even respond back to me after I had to call them back first. Then, The first gentleman that I talked to didn't do his job so now I have to file a dispute and who knows how long that's going to take.

My question: Why, is MY money being held from me when it was your hotels staff mistake as to why this was even a problem in the first place??? Because I honestly feel like they can make the mistakes yet ( the customer) in the end have to go through all of the trouble of getting it fixed while they just sit there and go about their day?! #customerserviceiskey

I'd definitely stay there again. It's across from St Francis hospital and there's a golf course and park within walking distance. There are many eateries nearby. Check in and out was simple. The hotel... attendants were very friendly and courteous. Loved the view and walking trail. Enjoy the warm cookies. See More

We spent our wedding night here on 3/24 and they were kind enough to upgrade us to a suite! Our stay was amazing, with a beautiful view of the stream and flowers, along with a delicious breakfast, and... of course, the yummy cookies! We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend you stay as well! See More

Recently renovated and well done. Have stayed here befor, staff has always been very accommodating. This stay was for Saturday night only with 3 o'clock checkin. As I arrived for my meetings at 7:00am..., I requested to be notified if early Checkin became available. I was with group booking, but they were able to rearrange room and gave me immediate room on another floor . Great job Doubletree. You deserve more than 5 Stars. See More
