Lovely event excellent displays. The national trust bbq was a massive let down! Firstly it was not clear you had to pay them then line up for the bbq. The sign they displayed was A4 in size and hidden... behind the BBQ line when approaching . The older lady running the sandwich, drinks and BBQ payments was incredibly rude. The sign for sandwiches said cheese and onion, egg and salad leaves, chutney and chicken mayo. There was no chicken mayo and I overheard they weren't selling it all day as "they couldn't find it" my partner ended up having to line up with a different vendor due to them not crossing it out! I asked for egg and chutney sandwiches. The older lady said you mean egg and cheese abruptly and looking at me as if I was stupid. I said no chutney as that was what the sandwich was listed as. She snapped "yea cheese and chutney!". I said the sign says chutney (I was with a vegan who would not want cheese). She barked "well what the sign says and what we have are two different things!". I mean how unhelpful is that . Serious lack of people skills and a shambles! The other private food vendors were fab. Perhaps next time use them and not bother with the chaos of the national trust catering! See More

Brilliant weekend weather superb festival smashing the only complaint is us campers had a portaloo on site which we appreciated but a BIG BUT the public kept on using it which we told them it was fo...r campers use only and we got a lot of abuse thrown back at us from them saying oh my child needs the toilet urgently we said there are 4 loos on the other side of the road for you public, one of your team told us we have the right to put a notice on the cubicle door or side which we did and still got a lot of abuse from the public and traders. We are not happy so next year please can the loo be put at the other end of our camping field thanku much appreciated. See More

Super event, great location and very friendly atmosphere. An interesting selection of invited flyers provided a.wide variety of demonstrations plus many surprise visitors (Chris Goff, Stafford Wallac...e and others).
The bear and I had a great time and hope to come again next year.
Special thanks to Flying Squad members encouragement and great advice on learning to fly a Rev.
