I spent two hours on this last night and I’m ded.
The pink crystal organza layer (1 of 5) is two circle skirts in one. The entire thing is hemmed inside and out (why it took so long) and it drags on the ground so nice (without the petticoat). One of my favorite things to do too is to curl edges to make it all wavy.

Created for the Evil Queen photo shoot for the anniversary of Walt Disney's Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs.
This particular design is heavily inspired by the Designer Doll version of the Evil Queen, however I took a lot of artistic liberties with it.
The changed the mermaid skirt to an extremely long full circle skirt that drags on the ground. The chest area is bejeweled with a lot of teardrop rubies. The collar is changed to a pleated collar that's covered with crystals and... finished off with black lace rose trimming.
My favorite feature of this costume is the chest area with the teardrops and the red & black brocade cape.
Erin modeled this dress so well; it's perfect on her I simply cannot.
I always play music while I'm sewing; something that carries the vibe of the character.
Studio Ghibli all the way for Haku. Lord of the Rings for the Evil Queen.
Now it's Barbie's Princess and the Pauper.
