Just ate @ Eat the Tea. What a wonderful little gem in Fort Lauderdale. I like how they describe themselves "sharing love and healing with our customers through our organic edible teas, herbal blends ...and plant based food" Cute and charming eatery for sure. My friend ordered the not tuna fish sandwich made with dill, chickpeas and other fresh ingredients and I had an amazing veggie burger with sweet potato, cheese, avocado, cranberry on Klamata bread. We shared each other sandwiches. Yummy ,fresh and very flavorful. I love while you are eating, your eyes can see art hanging everywhere too. Maureen the owner came by and we had a lovely talk with her and she showed us the up and coming patio that is being built in the back. It will be a nice addition on the water. Can't wait to try breakfast there. Eat the tea will become a regular destination for me. See More

Yesterday was my first time at Eat the Tea and I loved it! My fruit infusion was very yummy! It was beautiful and delicious. Very cool that I got to eat the tea. My sweet grilled cheese sandwich was s...uper good. Loved the caramelized onions. The place is quirky and unique and I'm so happy I finally tried it! See More

Eat the Tea is a wonderfully warm, inviting, family-owned bohemian bistro with some excellent vegan options! Check out the Ultimate Veggie Burger (ask for no cheese to veganize it) and be prepared fo...r a flavor explosion that will cause you to make involuntary yummy sounds and accompanying eye rolls of pleasure.

Treat yourself to an excellent meal in a hidden Ft. Lauderdale gem and go to Eat the Tea ASAP!

Best grilled cheese sandwich in Fort Lauderdale. Eat the Tea has a food truck in down town Ft Lauderdale, next to the river. I eat there everyday. I'm still making my way through the menu... loving ...everything that I've tried. My current favorite is the grilled cheese sandwich which comes with tomatoes, and I always add avocados. See More

Great vibe and staff. Very knowledgable about tea, and I often got them iced. Fave was the Get Happy and the Cherry tea.. and though I am an omnivore I enjoy the food there. There is a lot of love in ...those soups..The chili is my fave-done the Chili way with cheddar, avocado and minced raw onion. Tastes like meat too! Love that I was able to order an egg on top of the items.

Looking forward to the new location opening on NW 13th street and seeing Maureen in action at what she loves!

Went for the first time today. I'm glad I work next door! Had the "quit your bellyaching" tea and the "not tuna sandwich" on olive bread. SO GOOD. I couldn't finish the whole thing because half of the... sandwich filled me right up! The tea tastes incredible! I will definitely be visiting frequently! I cant wait to try more tea flavors! Good morning everyone and Happy Friday! I have a word for today which I am sure you are all familiar with and that is grateful. I'm grateful for many things but today I am especially grateful for my sister Patty who left us over a year ago. Today I remembered the love she put in the food while she helped at Eat The Tea.. many other things also, but she was the Matriarch in our family and missed every day.

Hello Everyone! Just checking in and letting you know I'm still here.😀. Want to give you a tea update.... The new popular tea for 2018 is the amazing Earl Grey. I love the taste because of the oil of bergamot and not only that, how about the fact that it is heart healthy lowering cholesterol 🤸🤸🤸.

Awesome!!!!! Let me know what else you may like.❤️🌻🤸

The 'Lose the 'Tude' power combo -

Everyone has bad moods. It's practically unavoidable, at times! But we have such wonderful God-given 'earth medicine' to utilize. So, while I'm sipping my Eat the Tea, Nina's Stress-Me-Not, I diffuse this oily combination of Copaiba & peppermint. Both of these soothes & untangles the mindful imbalances. What do you guys use to 'lose the 'tude'?

There's a reason why Frankincense was one of the first oils brought to Jesus.

A 2011 clinical study proves frankincense' abilities to help 44 people suffering from cerebral edema. 60% of these patients had a dramatic 75% swelling reduction when taking 4,200 milligrams per day (! And that's just one healing element that this bountiful tree offers (just don't go to the nearest store for Frank! because there are many imposters!). Do you use Frankincense? How do you use it?
