The Quality of Life Director will oversee a variety of activities including: Community Promotion and Marketing, Special Events, Recreational Services, Grant Administration and Community
Candidates should have extensive background in one or more of the mentioned activities with three to five years’ management experience supervising employees and volunteers. Good written
and verbal communication skills are required and a college
degree is highly desirable. Salary DOQ. The City of Eaton Rapids is an EOE.

Registration for youth T-Ball, Baseball and Softball is now open (deadline April 20) for City Recreation Summer Leagues. Leagues offered for ages 4-12, with inf...ormation coming home through the schools shortly.
Practices begin in May, with games beginning the second week of June. 8 game season and shirt included in the registration fee. Team sponsors and volunteer coaches needed.

Eligible applicants are women 24 years or older, living in the Eaton Rapids School District, with at least a C average in an accredited college or vocational program. Come to the Union Street Center in Eaton Rapids to share thoughts about your and your family’s health, your experiences getting medical care, and the neighborhood conditions that affect health in rural Eaton County! This focus group will help health care and community services providers measure how healthy we are, what health conditions we deal with, and the root causes of those health problems.
Participants must be residents of Eaton County and also be one of the following: uninsured, unemployed, low income, on Medicaid, receiving food stamps (SNAP) or WIC, or using a food pantry/bank.
