Original Review: Have used this quite a bit since I found out about it, but until they can get some issues fixed I’m unsure if I’ll continue using it. They offe...r promo codes consistently but when I try to place orders I get “no driver available to fulfill that order” a lot, and then when I finally got an order in halfway through waiting for delivery the driver apparently canceled and so I had to reorder again. Tips: if eaze wants to succeed and have people refer, then you need to have drivers with proper supply in stock. Especially if you’re offering promos to order. It’s pretty annoying I can’t order what I want, takes away a lot of the convenience of your service. Hopefully you actually pay attention to these reviews because I like the concept of your business but execution so far has been subpar.

Update (from 2 to 3 stars): so far my experiences have improved. I no longer have issues with getting what I want and have not had issues with placing orders lately either. I have had issues getting response by email with customer service but they responded almost immediately here on FB when I messaged them so that’s good. If I continue seeing improvements I’ll keep raising my rating back up :).

They have a system that will trigger on your card if you chargeback any purchases (not just eaze ones) and instead of that system having the option for them to ...remove those accounts from the list so you can continue to use a card on the account they just tell you that you are SOL and can't use any cards on the account!

They are overpriced, most other dispensaries at this point will do delivery. Hell, there are cheaper and better delivery services out there!

No to mention that I have tried to have this problem resolved for the last month+ and when they couldn't be bothered to actually figure out my issue they just dropped the ticket and stopped responding. Making me have to keep emailing to actually try and get responses. Every time they would just bounce me around to different reps until they drop me completely.

Their products are overpriced for what you get, considering most of the flower you see on the website is not the flower you actually get. Generally is lesser quality than they make it seem. Overall a company I don't plan to use again until they get their shit together.

I first heard about eaze from a friend a year ago. I renewed my recommendation, without any issues. In fact, I was a little shocked at first. It was thorough an...d face-to-face (Like Facetime or Skype). It only took a few minutes. Once the shock of how truly easy it was to use wore off, I sent the link to a few of my friends too.

Just renewed again today, and placed my first order for delivery. Again, used the app with great "eaze". Haha! Delivery was here within 15 minutes!!!! It bears repeating. My delivery was here in 15 minutes!!!! Where else are you going to get that kind of responsiveness??? Good selection of quality products, nice personable driver, and good prices. My new go-to!

I've used eaze for about 2 years and often referred the business to friends and was very happy with the service. Recently, I made an order and was given the wro...ng product. Unfortunately the item I was given isn't compatible with the devices I already owned so I had no use for it. It's been over a week since I filled out the customer service form online and sent 3 emails to support and never received a response. I can deal with the loss but I won't forget the terrible experience and will be finding a new dispensary/delivery service from now on. See More

4 hour wait time for an order I placed on 11/7/17 is absolutely unacceptable. The delivery ETA kept updating and changing even though there was no delivery made... until 10 PM. At one point the ETA showed 3 minutes away and a delivery driver didn't show up for much longer. I placed an order at 6 PM and they finally canceled my order at 8 PM and emailed me to place another. I placed another one at 8 that showed up at 10. Also, only being able to contact customer support through email is flat out WRONG. They can choose not to respond to emails. I've also received a defected order one time and they didn't respond to any email I sent them regarding the order. Whether there's a refund or not, an email back would have been appreciated if you want to keep a customer. See More

Convenient? Yes. But they fuck up every other order by giving me the wrong items. Been using them on and off for the last few years, but will be shopping elsewh...ere from now on so I don't have to wait 3 days to get a refund for an item that I have no use for. Eaze has stopped trying. My last order had a completely wrong item and a tin of fully melted gummies and one half melted. Customer service responded a day later. Eaze, please close up shop and give someone else a shot. Your system is broken and your people don't care.

I always been a fan of eaze since it is so convient but the customer service is a hit and miss. Most of the times the drivers are very nice and friendly but som...etimes you'll have that 1 person where it's like damn I hope I never get that person again 😑 And what's very very annoying is trying to get in contact with support is ridiculous!!! They take practically a week to respond and when you get a response the person doesn't even answer the question and the problem is never resolved. I once wrote a email to the support team and asked if they can only deliver to residential neighborhoods since I had order from a store and I waited approximately 35 minutes and once the driver got to my location the person had called me and told me that he could not drop off my items since I was in a store and they could only deliver to residential neighborhoods, which doesn't make any sense since I've had ordered many times from different stores and also I have friends who have done the exact same thing and never had a issue or was told what I was told. I asked him if my payment would be reversed right away and he said yes and for me to cancel my order and I said I didn't know how to so he did it himself, but my payment wasn't reversed right away it actually took 2 days and what really annoys me is that if that was the case that they can only deliver to residential neighborhoods then why don't they post that on the website???!! Why waste people's time??!! They should really get a support number to call and get a better support team cause obviously they do not care at all. See More

Rule #1 when running a business, is that the customer should receive goods or services they have paid for. I paid for an evaluation, rec letter, and plastic rec... card and never received them. I contacted support on 10/27, and have yet to receive a response. They basically ripped me off. I understand that things breakdown sometimes, but what matters is what you do about it. I spent $100 on my previous order so that I could take advantage of the free vape pen offer. I purchased 2 eigths of Humboldt Farms and when I opened each jar the product was dry. As for the vape pen. It keeps clogging up and is hard to smoke from. Very dissappointed.

I’ve never been more impressed with a sign-up process in my entire life!! From start to finish my process took less than 75 mins!! And that INCLUDES being verif...ied, talking with a licensed MD and getting a recommendation letter, being approved, shopping online, AND having quality product being delivered by a professional. About the same time (If not quicker) than ordering pizza with your smartphone!! Unbelievable!! I’m sure the process times will vary depending on each case, but not by much I would assume. Bait and switched me advertised ounce for 196 tried to order 4 times 4 different days and while there were open by the way and every time I messaged support it ...seemed like they didn't even read my email what's worse is when I did get a reply they tried to say that no drivers have an ounce at the time I tried to order tried to order right at 10 when they open still can't order it you can order the mutch worse deal half punch tho since then they changed the price of the strain I want and sent me a 20 credit I will not be using eaze anymore worst customer service experience ever driver are nice and professional but the support is super slow and will treat you like an idiot See More

Extremely disappointed. Had a wrong item delivered, which isn't a huge deal, but had written into their customer support 10 days ago and STILL have not heard ba...ck about anything. For those of us who use cannabis as medical relief, 10 days to get an order issue corrected is far too long. After I am compensated for this issue, you can bet I ei'll never associate myself with Eaze again. See More

I use to love Eaze but not anymore! I received a cartridge that literally snapped at the bottom 2 days after I ordered it. They gave me a credit for it so I cou...ld place another order. I do so and my ETA turns from 7 mins to 20 mins. I get a text saying your order is 18 mins away then 2 mins later I get another text saying your ordered could not be completed. They didn't tell me why so I placed the order again. This time it says 25 mins ETA. It says 25 mins for OVER an hour. Finally I receive a text hoping my order has arrived but it hasn't turns out they have cancelled my order AGAIN! after 3 hours of trying to get this order Eaze finally tells me that one of my items are not in the drivers inventory. Horrible horrible horrible service. I would have gave up but I had a $51 credit so I placed a 3rd order. I ordered butter cookies brand and my order was delivered. I open the jar and there are seeds in the jar and the cannabis is DRY! I'm so over using Eaze don't waste your time or money. They have horrible customer service and take hours to respond to you. Terrible service. Over priced products. No way to get in immediate contact with customer service. I was charged 3 times for an order I never received and can't get a response from anyone on the team. Most actual shops will deliver for free so there's really no reason to even use this app.

This service is crap. They give you an ETA and if you watch it, it will keep changing. I placed an order and was given an ETA of 55 to 75 minutes. Then at 3 min...utes left it jumped back to 46 to 55 minutes. How can you be 3 minutes away the all of a sudden more the 30. The menu is way to limited and the only thing worth buying is a very few of the cartridges. Im so done with this WANTA BE CLUB! Not geting any more of my money. Plenty of amazing delivery services out there! See More
