The City of Effingham

The City of Effingham recently made a contribution to the Effingham Regional Growth Alliance.
Said Mayor Jeff Bloemker, “I am thrilled and honored to be able to... help push on the further creation of this public/private partnership. 3P endeavors have become the hallmark of progressive communities. Outside investors and developers see it as a healthy sign when the local government units and the business community are working together… it is an indicator that projects can go smoothly. It’s just another arrow in our quiver as we hunt for businesses and jobs to bring to Effingham. We are fortunate to have a formidable brain trust such as The Alliance with which to work.”
