On Jan. 3rd the new Congress is confirmed

On Jan 6th the NEW Congress brings the electoral votes to Washington and they decide which candidate is the best to represent the US by the “peoples” voice.

However, if the Congress person determines one candidate to be better than the other for the good of the country they can in fact, chose that candidate
The vote is decided on the 6th of January and the president is sworn in on the 20th of January.

Now, quick history:
Read the 12 Amendment and the 25th Amendment

Constitutionally and legally, our constitution does not provide for a president and Vice President to be on the same ticket.

It’s suppose to a separate ballot for each candidate - in 1830ish don’t remember the exact date, they nominated a president and Vice President on the same ticket and as humans we have accepted this as truth

Now go do your research and READ THE CONSTITUTION Our forefathers, in their intimate wisdom knew what would happen if “politicians” got involved!
