Judge Gorsuch has a long and detailed record. And it shows one thing: he's corporate America's flunky. In Hobby Lobby, when he had to choose between the rights of corporations and the rights of women, Gorsuch chose corporations. [boos] In consumer protection cases, when he had to choose between the rights of corporations and the rights of customers who had been cheated, Gorsuch chose corporations. [boos] And in discrimination cases, when he had to choose between the rights of corporations and the rights of their employees to be free from harassment and discrimination, Gorsuch chose corporations. [boos] We don't need another Supreme Court Justice who will help out giant corporations. We need a Supreme Court Justice who will uphold equal justice for all, and that's what we're here to fight for. [cheers] We need to fight back against the Koch brothers' influence on this Court. We need to fight back against corporate control over the Supreme Court. We're here to fight for a Court that believes that the rights of live human beings matter. That women matter, that employees matter, that consumers matter. We're here to fight for a Court that is about equal justice for all of us. We're here to fight, and we're here to win.
