DOWNED STREET LIGHT POLES
The manufacturer and supplier of the light poles located in the medians along Manchester brought in an independent metallurgical engineer to conduct an analysis of the poles. As a result of the investigation, the manufacturer has informed the cities they will be immediately taking down all the poles, replacing with new poles and then reinstalling them. With the original work funded, installed and approved through MoDOT the city has not incurred any cost with the original installation nor will we with the warrantied repairs being made. At this time we are not sure how long it will take to manufacture new standards and have them installed. Thank you for your patience.
