Have you ever had a great relationship go bad or a bad relationship that got even worse? Bad blood can infect any relationship. And the quality of our lives is only as good as the quality of our relationships. Lack of peace about a relationship robs you of peace in your own life. But you can have peace about a relationship even without peace in the relationship. Join us in February as we learn how to find peace in the midst of Bad Blood.
For all intents and purposes, January is the month for self-improvement. It’s a time to reflect, refocus, and restart.
This is that time of year when we become painfully aware of where we are not, who we are not, and what we need to do differently. We wonder how to get slimmer, stronger, and smarter. We wonder how to get out of debt. It’s all about what we can do to make ourselves better people. The result is that health clubs, debt counselors, and vitamin shops do a booming ...business.
But we tend to forget that the people we respect the most didn’t devote their lives to becoming the best version of themselves. They devoted their lives to making a difference in the world . . . or in someone’s world.
In our message series for January, we will look at how to make 2017 your best year yet.
We will not be meeting Sunday, December 25 or Sunday, January 1. We will resume our Sunday gatherings on Sunday, January 8. Our service January 8 will be 10:30 AM at Dedham Middle School. We look forward to seeing you in 2017 as we kick off our new series "re:solutions"
