Working on a couple of projects that I'm pretty excited about. However, I need to take a poll. How many of you out there know someone struggling w...ith depression, anxiety or has just left an abusive relationship and needs a self esteem boost, creative outlet or just wants to get into shape? I get asked often about work outs and what to do. I'm not a personal trainer by any means but I'd really like to help anyone interested by offering a free stadium workout on Saturday mornings. As many of you know, I've struggled with depression since middle school and fitness has saved my life. I'd like to help other people feel good about themselves. I've also found the draw back for most people starting their fitness journey is lack of money for a gym membership or not knowing where to begin. I'd like to help get people started. Then if they decide to do something more personalized I could direct them on where to go from there. This would be very basic workouts. Give me some feedback please!
Side note: it wouldn't be this Saturday the 15th but the next Saturday instead. I'll post more details soon

Today we were honored to partner with the Sexual Assault Center of NWGA for Sexual Assault Awareness Month. We knit / crocheted five tree wraps to complement th...e teal ribbons they put downtown for the month of April. We also incorporated blue to raise awareness for Child Abuse Prevention Month. Thanks to SAC of NWGA for asking us to be a part of this project! {Tree wraps by Avis, Paula, Peggy, Melissa and Shanon} #RomeKnitterati
