Short films, signage networks, conservation works, even augmented reality at Tidbinbilla – we’ve seen some amazing projects as part of the ACT Heritage Grants Program, and we can’t wait to see what’s next.

Applications are now open for the 2021-22 Program. This round of grants will provide $387,000 to projects that celebrate the history and heritage of the ACT. If you have a project idea then we’d love to hear it.

Priorities for the 2021-22 round include ...
👉 projects involving education, oral histories, tourism, interpretation and events
👉 Aboriginal heritage
👉 places and objects on the ACT Heritage Register
👉 partnership opportunities between community organisations and ACT government agencies.

Applications close Friday 30 April 2021. For information on how to apply, visit www.environment.act.gov.au/heritage

We are excited that the ACT Government is extending its Next Generation Energy Storage (Next Gen) program 🔋 ⚡

The Next Gen program offers rebates on battery installations for homes and businesses. With more battery installers joining the program there are now more options for Canberra’s energy-conscious consumers.

The Minister for Water, Energy and Emissions Reduction, Shane Rattenbury, was joined by two local companies currently taking part in the program. These companies wi...ll be instrumental in delivering sustainable energy solutions to local homes and businesses.
