My understanding is ratings is the measurement for success in tv. If Savannah was part of the team that brought in ratings she should get paid the same as her co-host. If Hoda brings in better ratings than her pay should be more not $18 million less. And STOP thinking that pay isn’t an important part of your job. If it’s not then what you are doing is a hobby or volunteering. STOP giving employers a pass by using the excuse, ‘I don’t work for the money.” You not only hurt yourself but every women and other group who systematically gets underpaid.
