      So proud of all the SB musicians and music teams out there in the world right now. cool summer presents, gardens & villa (and the amazing Brian), The Ataris, Mad Caddies, Dishwalla, Lagwagon, Versus The World, Velvet Jones family & alums (1/2 if not more are on various tours with Chuck Regan, Frank Turner, Dr Dog, etc). Not to mention all the amazing interns/co-workers we have had or do have @ New Noise Santa Barbara doing great things in music (Dakota, Jess, Kelsi) feel pretty stoked. I've seen other newer/upcoming acts like Winchester Rebels and Ghost Tiger, ERLAND , Dante Elephante, and others go out on the road too. It's just amazing and they all deserve a tip of the hat at Colbert would say. It takes time, life altering change and willingness to lose money to do it. SO- kudos and thanks!

      One of my favorite parts about live music is it's ability to bring people together on so many levels starting with the bands and branching out to everyone who is able to join in and experience a show. Another reason Im really excited about our upcoming show at the Coach House on Friday March 28th is because I was able to put together a line up with other artists I'm big fans of who also happen to be friends! I can't speak highly enough about ERLAND ! His album has some truly rare qualities and has been in regular listening rotation for a long time on my playlist, his band chemistry and live performances truly amaze me every time! I came across some music from Kyle Reynolds awhile back and have been a big fan ever since, his sound is really refreshing and his vocals have such a great unique quality! Cant wait to share the stage with him for the first time! Ive actually known Sasha Evans for a long time but when I first saw her play piano and sing I was totally blown away. She has such a great ability to graciously take you on this musical journey with her elegant creative piano ideas and beautiful voice. Now that she has teamed up with Grace Christina Freeman , Douglas Miller, and Brent Samson to form The Moon Police its taken a brand new sound of music to a whole new level. I cant help but just want to listen to more and more. "It can't be explained, but it must be experienced"! Someone from every band went to Dana Hills high school including 3 of us from the class of 2003 so there should definitely be a lot of familiar faces. I'm also extremely fortunate to have some unbelievable musicians join me for our set, will announce the full band line up soon. I hope that everyone who can make it tries to catch all the artists performing that night. Trying to keep great music alive is really important to me. The show starts at 8pm and I can assure you it will be a night to remember! Really hope you can join us!     I noticed our Pandora station is playing a lot of Rayland Baxter and I really dig his music. I looked up his station and saw our name in his similar artists.     The newest member to our family - Emma Austin Wanberg - was born yesterday morning at 4:18am. A healthy 9 lbs 3 oz baby girl. I am so blessed. With a life like this the love songs will never cease. Thank you Allison for the greatest gift. You amaze me.
