I give JP a total of 5 stars all the time. I went to him as an out of shape housewife and came out rocking the weights and continued on to become a personal tra...iner myself. I became toned, fit, lifted in all the right places lol and just felt awesome and very proud of myself. Workouts were never boring and always challenging. I was doing things that I had never done in my life, let alone thought I could do. For me it was awesome to go to the gym and have people say, "That looks hard!" So not only did he get me in shape he took me way past anything that I ever thought I could do and was still pushing me to do more! JP will get you where you want to go and further than you ever thought you could go! See More

JP is the best personal trainer I've ever experienced. He works with you from the ground up to not just "get in to shape" but develop a true and livable, health...y lifestyle in your workouts, nutrition, and day to day activities.
He will email you. He will text you. He will check in on you routinely to see how you're progressing and will alter his plan accordingly. JP is a man that gets results. Having a bad day....work the stress out this way. Injured myself doing X thing, to bad we will work out this way. The workouts... are not generic, they are molded to fit your needs, wants and desires. JP works to meet your goals by working with you in the moment. Every workout pushes your limits no matter what else is happening in your life.
Jp starts as your trainer and ends as your friend, except when you are training of course :). I will warn you that if you do not want results or want a generic routine JP is not your guy. He told an old out of shape fat guy you can and then pushed me beyond what I thought was possible and I did. Results......Period..... See More

JP is an overall great guy with expansive knowledge in the personal health and spirit/mind realm. Using his ethics he can greatly guide any individual to there ...desired goals. How to pick a watermelon: Every day I see people banging on watermelons trying to pick the best one. Here's the real deal on picking the sweetest watermelon: 1.... Make sure it has a prominent yellow spot. This is where it sat on the ground ripening. No spot = premature pick = not ripe. 2. Look for "webbing". This is the brown, coarse web - looking material. This is caused when bees pollinate the flower and scar the membranes that later form the fruit. The more pollination = more webbing = sweeter fruit. 3. Look for black, hard globs seeping out. This is sugar, not insects or rotting. You're welcome :)
