Lyn Gardner writes an article discussing the usual one-hour time slot for performances at the Edinburgh Fringe.

'I also like it that a festival context allows space for shows far shorter than the hour-long slot to flourish. Pieces such as Everything I Own's thoughtful, open-hearted one-on-one, Somebody I Used to Know.'

Thanks Lyn!

Few Edinburgh shows last more than an hour, but limited length doesn't necessarily produce shows short on ideas or impact

Oooooo a lovely ★★★★ review smile emoticon

★★★★ This one-on-one theatre experience, which explores human connection in the age of Facebook, is a vulnerable and yet surprisingly comfortable invitation into the story of Claire and her friend Andrew and the all-too-relatable story of their drifting apart. The production takes place in a porter-…

Remember when you used to play Mario Kart for the whole of the summer holidays?

We've been busy printing our very own 'Somebody I Used to Know' t-shirts which you can order by emailing claire@everythingiown.co.uk.

We'll also be taking orders in Edinburgh, just pop into 'The Cloud' in the evenings and speak to Claire or James.

PLEASE HELP US DO THE FRINGE THING!

As a one-on-one show, 'Somebody I Used to Know' is not a money maker. We developed this piece because we're passionate about creating unique experiences for audiences.

If you can spare ANYTHING to help us share this little show with the largest arts festival in the world we would be eternally grateful! smile emoticon
