Slow service・Disappointing food
Went to our local FATZ and was severely disappointed. It has been a while since my last visit due to... the lack of food quality. This time the ribs were dry and somewhat burnt, my chicken was tough, dry and oddly stringy. Even my mashed potatoes were dry. My dad's meal wasn't even complete due to lack of sides and my mom's meal was also extremely dry. The only thing good about our meal was the drinks and the corn on the cob. The corn was brought out after because the original sides couldn't have been eaten for their lack of moisture. I'm unsure what has happened but it's very disappointing. I used to love eating here but I think it will a few months before we go back. See More
Coffee was cold, no creamer? Really? Ordered the chicken fried steak, it was completely burnt s...o hard I couldn't eat it, green beans and mashed potatoes was not even warm. Very disappointed. The waitress bought some milk for our coffee, it was spoiled! Come on Fatz, what was up with this? See More
