Driven to a sexual predator in Tucson, Arizona, and here's what occurred on July the 30 first a 13 year-old child. Was discovered as a runaway. We dad called us immediately. Considered her an endangered runaway because it's mental health conditions and we're located on her device. She had been communicating with a person from Tucson, Arizona. She was to leave that afternoon. On a Greyhound bus and arrive on August, the second at about 150 their time where she was gonna meet up with a sexual predator. We found her she is currently residing in peace Forever Mental health Center. She is safe. But our deputies and detectives started the investigation that moment we took over after interviewing her. We took over her account where at where we found out that she had obtained this bus ticket in the suspect's name and he not only groomed her online, but he told her how to steal her grandmother's identity. So that she could buy the ticket, which cost about $200. So first, I want to show you Kevin Dock. Kevin Dock met this young lady online and a role playroom. Now, Kevin do lives in Tucson, Arizona with his or a suburb of Tucson with his mother, his father and his wife. That's right. They're all in the same House and while he's online, he bumps into our 13 year old victim who he knows his 13 years of age and he introduces himself as the night. Well, I'd call him the night kid myself, but he calls himself the night wolf. You know something's wrong with a man sitting in a bed with two cats eating vanilla ice cream. I just ain't right. That's weird, we know he's a predator, and we also all know that he's weird. So we send our detectives out and we're continuing our undercover. We fly our detectives out where we're met by law enforcement officers from the Tucson Police Department Ando. I think it's or ORO where we actually serve the search warrant. That's the suburb. That's another police Department I wanna stop to. You that they were remarkably helpful to us. They're also conducting a criminal investigation now on their end of this event. So Kevin meets this young lady online. he grooms her, which is the normal protocol. He says, very nasty vile things to her, She says nasty things back and then he tells her this magic words. I want you to be my sex slave. So we determine online. Do you want us to be your real world sex slave or is this role play? No-I? Want you to be my real world sex slave? So this goes on we arrived. Just about before this comes to a conclusion, he sends the information says my parents say that you can't stay here. So she's on the way and she said, Where do I meet, he says that the Tucson Mall Animal Kingdom Pet Store. He was taken there by a caretaker. He has a degenerative muscle disease and he's now in a wheelchair. The caretaker says. I've been a caretaker for two years. We've never come to the mall. We've never come to the Animal Kingdom Pet Store, but now he wants to go to the pet store. Of course, the detectives are there. We take him in the custody. We determine he's married his wife doesn't work. She is a gamer and he is a gamer. Do you get the picture Mom and dad have this kid at home Who's 30 with his 37 Year-old wife and they both sit around and play games all day long. Mother said Well, I thought he was going to or the wife says. I thought he was going to the store to get a some black ops game. So they take the guy in custody. they get him down to the police Department and the interview doesn't go so well. he is not happy about being identified as a predator. He's not very excited about the fact that he has been grooming a 13 year-old child and he gets from his. Wheelchair a bottle full of urine to throw on the detectives as you can imagine they're not thrilled with that idea and they have to wrestle that away from me, then he tries to spit on them and that's when they put a spit hood on his face and it may come as no shock to you. He wasn't willing to confess to us to a spit hood because he's totally mad, he thinks. Not going to be brought back to Polk County, Florida for grooming and transmitting sexual photos and sexual communications with the 13 year-old child. Well wrong All night. Wolff you're coming back to Polk County or night. You're coming back to Polk County because you groomed and would have successfully gotten that child on that bus had it not been for an alert parent and our deputies and detectives doing a fantastic job on the 30 -first Kevin's at home collecting well, he was at home until we arrested collecting government benefits. he won't Anymore Because now he's in a jail cell waiting on his other, he either way extradition or we'll go to an extradition hearing in Tucson, Arizona to bring him back here. Once again, all I can do is warn the parents you've got to know what your children are doing online because they are sick individuals. Just like the night kitty who thinks he's a night, Wolff, who's a sexual predator who's going to bring the 13 year-old child to his home. Yes, that's right. They're there and they will groom your child and convince your child to steal your credit card and get a bus ticket to go across the United States. That would not have ended well for this eight year-old child now having said that the mother and father when he said cuz he told them last week, Oh, there's a 17 year-old soon to be 18. who's got a tough home life and I'm bringing her here and mother and father say no you're not. you're not bringing any girl into this House and that's when the. Bad for him, However, mom is protecting him calls us. This starts to unravel as the detectives are going to the House with a search warrant. Mom's sent a text to. The all night and said, stop whatever you're doing. This is a sword. Of a deviant after children and parents make no mistake, they will get to your children. She was just a very few hours our victim, our 13 year-old victim from being on a bus to Tucson, Arizona to be with. That I will. That I think that any questions. One particularly alarm the parents to make them call deputies because of the child ran away. He went to look for her. She takes her every morning to Davenport to some relatives House and she wasn't there And she notified notified us. We found her. We also we immediately go to the went to the device and we opened it up and we go. Oh my goodness. This is really frightening. So when you say you went to the device. They need. Tools to get in there and see what was going on and it's something that. No, we don't need any special tools and the parents worked with us quite frankly and the parents are still working with us and the daughter now is working with us by the way I guess the question. They simply set every day I get to work with what's on your phone. Maybe they see well. There's also apps that parents can subscribe to so they can see what their children are doing online real time. but think about this is a 13 year-old child who has mental health issues who goes on to role play and she blends role play. In reality. the sexual predator takes advantage of that. Does this role play that he he immediately starts talking this excuse me. He immediately starts talking this very filthy talk to her. And then says I want you as my sex life excuse me. But what really frightens us is how easy this was for this 13 year-old and how he took her and he blended this world together. She went role play dot me-I believe. You're detectives take the place of the girl and start communicating. I have had the residents that day at the residence and because she she was getting on the bus and so by the time she gets to note back in my parents said. You can't stay with us. We say well, we're already on the bus and so we communicate with them and of course, the appointed day that the bus is supposed to arrive. He shows up at the. He's that he's not been to in the last two years at the story has not been to in the last two years and he's met instead of by this 13 Year-old child, which he still went to meet even though the parents said you can't meet you're not bringing anyone home. He's still want there to meet her. The caretaker and the caretaker is oblivious doesn't know what's going on, but there he determined that the 13 year olds wasn't a 13 year old, but in fact was detectives from Polk County, Florida Sheriff's Office and the Tucson Police Department. so I guess it goes to your they come to. We went to Australia to bring one back Let's currently setting in the County jail. So if we'll go to Australia, Tucsons just a night trip for us, We will chase people to the ends of the Earth when they want to harm our children period. Think getting online and being in another state is going to keep you from prosecution in Florida because we're not going to allow that and it's simple. If they're not grooming and attacking a child here, he's grooming and attacking a child's some place else in this country, and it's all of our responsibilities to protect children.
