Madagascar records first COVID-19 death. Madagascar President Andry... Rajoelina on Sunday (yesterday) announced the first death of a Coronavirus. It is a 57-year-old hospital worker (parking lot security officer). He died last Saturday and had underlying diabetes and high blood pressure before he was infected. It's been two months since Madagascar confirmed it's first case. Since then, Covid-Organics (from artemisia) was discovered and has been used as cure for the disease. Sadly, with 304 total COVID19 cases, it has witnessed it's first death. The World Health Organization has warned against “adopting a product that has not been taken through tests to see its efficacy”, but recently, WHO Africa Regional head, Matshidiso Moeti, said they are in touch with Madagascar over its herbal drink.
