The Formula!
1 large head of cauliflower...
3/4 bottle of vegan Buffalo Sauce
1 cup + 2 Tbsp non-sweetened, plain almond milk
3/4 cup chickpea flour
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp curry powder
2 Tbsp nutritional yeast
Preheat the oven to 450°F.
Separate/chop the cauliflower into florets. Combine the flour, milk, spices and nutritional yeast in a bowl and stir until well combined.
Coat the cauliflower pieces in the batter and then place on a baking sheet layered pan and bake for 30 minutes.
While the cauliflower is in the oven heat the sauce in a small pot over low heat. Whisk in 2 Tbsp of almond milk.
When the cauliflower is looking crispy turn with a wooden spoon and switch the oven to broil. Let sit 5-7 minutes longer with the oven open. Remove and place in a large bowl. Pour over the hot sauce and serve immediately!

The Formula: 2 tablespoons olive oil; 1 ½ cups coarsely chopped mushrooms; ½ cup chopped onions; ½ cup diced celery; 1 minced garlic clove; 1 cup cooked French Green Lentils; 2 cups crushed tomatoes or chunky tomato sauce; 2 tablespoons tamari; 2 teaspoons vegan Worcestershire sauce; 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar; ½ teaspoon Dijon mustard; ½ te...aspoon chipotle powder; 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon; 8 whole grain sandwich buns; veganaise, pickles and vegan shredded cheese. In a large skillet heat olive oil lightly with the mushrooms, onions, and celery. Sauté for 8 minutes and then add garlic and cook for another 2 minutes.
Fold in the lentils, tomatoes or tomato sauce, tamari, Worcestershire, vinegar, mustard, chipotle powder, and cinnamon. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 25 minutes. Serve warm on top of toasted and veganaise layered buns with 2 pickles and sprinkles of the cheese.
