Well everything ended up great. We started out at the location on SR 580 yesterday 12/17/18. We walked in behind an elderly couple and they were greeted and seated. They weren't busy at all. My mother... and I were standing at the door waiting to be greeted and seated. The waitresses ( all three of them ) looked over at us and not one of them said anything to us. So we stood there a little longer. Still nothing. So we left. Completely unexceptable and unprofessional. We then went to the location on HWY 19. Walked in was greeted right away with a very friendly staff and seated. Service was great and food was awesome. Always have great service and food at this location.
I have been to the 580 location before and had awful unfriendly service there before. Thought it was just someone having a bad day and would try it again. Well I guess it's not just a bad day. Will not go back there ever again.

Wait 15-20 minutes for a table. Not bad. Long wait for food. Make sure you have your complete order before the waitress leaves, you won’t see her again for a long time. Plan on at least an hour, if no...t longer for breakfast, that doesn’t include your wait for a table. Food was good, but they skipped bringing our toast, so the egg yolks were cold and dried up on the plate before the server ever came back. Food was decent, at least what he got. See More

Just an FYI - Our party of 4 ate breakfast there yesterday. Our friend clearly ordered an omelet with no onions but when it arrived guess what? It had onions. When she asked the man who appears to in charge for a discount on her bill he became a little rude and then went back to the counter and began laughing with other staff members about the request. Of course she received no consideration and ate no breakfast. If that is Flapjack's attitude I doubt very much that any of us will return or give any positive referrals. See More

Just came to this restaurant and was told there was a wait, the man asked me how many i had and i told him 5 then he wrote my name down on the list and told me as soon as the rest of my party arrived ...he would seat us. Well my mother and sister show up and then we proceed to go inside and then he asked me if eveyone was here and i said yes then he said the wait is going to be a little long????? Ive already been waiting 15 mins. For the rest of my party to get there and you told me you were seating us and now i have to wait another 20 mins. Because you gave the table away. Why not give us the table from the get go and we could have waited for my parents and sybling inside. Anyway off to Eve's they dont disappoint. See More

Well I was a HUGE fan until I went to pick up food with my son & realized my receipt was for a steak sandwich when in fact I ordered an omelette. I called to simply make the restaurant aware (maybe th...e computer was wrong) and the man that answered was so rude I hung up on him. How dare you speak to people that way when I was nothing but gracious to you? Shame on you Flapjacks! See More

First visit on a recommendation from a friend. Had Sissy as our waitress and she was awesome! Wife ordered a regular burger and I had pork chops and eggs. She said burger was very tasty. My pork c...hops we're thinking but extra juicy and full of flavor. First time I've ever been asked if I wanted my English muffin toasted or grilled. I went with grilled and Will try to get it that way everywhere from now on. Only disappointment was that I wanted something they have a picture of on Facebook that's three tostada's with chorizo, refried beans and fried egg because it is a special. Cook said if I come back Sunday he'll make it for me. FYI, I'll be there Victor! May go back tonight for all you can eat fried fish dinner. See More

It was my first visit and there was a waiting line for a table inside , I chose to eat outside and it was comfortable. The waiting staff and host were very friendly, the food was great and a very... reasonable price. I just bought a condo 1 mile from there and I will definitely be going back quite often See More

I was there yesterday and was amazed by the tall leggy server who wears shorts so short that her butt cheeKS half hang out and she must have been wearing thong underwear if she was wearing any at all.... This server reached inside the leg part of her shorts and scratched her butt near her anus area and 10 minutes later stuck the same finger up the front to scratch her public area and did not wash her hands after either time and served food and drinks and touched bread and muffins to make toast. Delicious food and very friendly wait staff. Our server was Melissa and the owner came over and talked with us which was a nice touch. Loved this place!

Got the 2+2+2 = Flapjacks/Pancakes / poached eggs & sausage patties. FJ had no taste but were fluffy, eggs were cold and over med, sausage was just right. Service was Chaotic!

Ok I just want to start out by saying I am all into supporting the small local business ... with that being said My husband and I just went through the RUDEST welcoming at Flapjacks in Palm Harbor. Wh...en coming in One of the waitresses was complaining about the door being open and then we put our name in for wait with the owner and he rudely insisted on us waiting outside regardless of the heat. I gave him the menu back and asked him to mark my name off his list. He literally acted like he could give a rat ass whether or not we remained a customer there ( in which we have been since they opened) . Smh this behavior is what will kill a small business I wish him luck !!! See More

We totally love the one on 580!! The Mexican omelet, and Mexican benedict were amazing, as was the Western omelet. Hoping to make it there at least twice weekly.

Nothing in this plaza ever seems to last, but here's hoping Flapjacks breaks the curse.

The restaurant is clean and everyone seems happy. That's always a good thing. I was amazed at how clean it was... for being so busy. It seems the busters and servers do a really good job.

My nephew is autistic so when the manager said there wasn't a high chair available or booth (they were busy so excusable) I was worried about how he would do in a grown up chair. But the manager was really nice and brought out free toast to occupy his attention. That's a huge thing because that means he cares about the people coming through his door as much as he does about the bottom line.

The food comes out and it's fresh and hot. My sister got the eggs Benedict, my niece a standard eggs, sausage, toast and grits breakfast, and I had the Cuban.

The Cuban was great. Good size, real pork, and tasty.

My niece enjoyed her food as well.

The only gripe we had was my sister couldn't eat the Benedict because the eggs were cooked all the way through. And unfortunately, runny basted eggs and eggs Benedict just go hand in hand. We didn't say anything though because the service was good, so we didn't want to come across ungrateful.

This rating is more a 4.5 and we'll definitely be back. My sister says she'll just specifically ask for the basted easy eggs.

My wife and I came in for breakfast on 5/7/2017 and it was horrible. The food was disgusting, eggs benedict were terrible and my wife's omlete was awful. The eggs were overdone, it was like eating... hard boiled eggs, corned beef hash was from a can, potatoes were burnt and bland. They couldn't even toast English muffins correctly. $2.95 for an 8 oz tomato juice. To top it off, the waitress was even worse than the food. She had no clue what was going on, I would have fired her on the spot if I was the boss. I have owned restaurants before and I just can't believe how sad this place is. We actually laughed about the food for the rest of the day it was that comical. The only person that was working was the owner. He was a very nice man and was trying his best. I would love to be able to come back and support him, but the food is just too awful. See More
