Earlier today a ground breaking ceremony was held for Foley's new Fire Station in the Glen Lakes area. When completed, the new station, staffed by three fire fighters, will significantly reduce response time for neighborhoods located east of Foley.
Its a good day in Foley!

Three teams of firefighters will face off live on “Good Morning America” next week to compete for a $10,000 prize for their fire department. There’s still one spot up for grabs in the final three and it’s up to you to vote!

Fire fighters responded to over 55 emergencies last night in high waters, rain, and lightning. Thanks to the hard work and commitment from all of the responders who helped save over 50 people who were trapped.
A big thank you to the Orange Beach, Gulf Shores, Oyster Bay, Magnolia Springs, and Bon Secour Fire Departments for assisting us.

Foley Firefighters have responded to over 30 calls so far for assistance with flooding. Please stay off the roadways and stay safe!
