For those who missed it, my Echoes interview will be re-played on this weekend's show:
This coming Tuesday, the syndicated radio show Echoes will be broadcasting John Diliberto's recent interview of me discussing my new album, "Scenes from a Ghost Train." Hope that you can tune in:
My latest album, "Scenes From a Ghost Train," is now formally available through on-line retailers such as Amazon and iTunes. This should also make it easier to track down the physical disc for those overseas. Thanks for your support!
I've noticed that my new album is already starting to appear on Russian and Eastern European pirate sites. Please do not support them. Releases like mine are only possible with the support of independent labels like Projekt.
A quick promotion: the digital version of my last album on Projekt, "Following the Ether Sun," is available at Amazon for $5 through January 19.
A polyrhythmic demo I created today while waiting for turkey. Hope everyone is having a great Thanksgiving.
Had a productive first session with my 0-Coast Modular synth yesterday. A slight twist of the knob can send you in an unexpected direction. Here's a short experimental piece I created from that session:
Sharing with you a short demo recorded this morning (sorry, not downloadable for now).
Mastering for my next album, "Scenes From a Ghost Train," has been proceeding well, thanks to the sonic refinements of Robert Rich. Can't believe it, but it looks like it's on track to be released at the beginning of next year (sorry, Scott!).
Thought I'd share here a brief sketch I recorded this morning. A mini-experiment with delay and timbre.
For the past few weeks, I've been trying to nail down final mixes for my next album project. (Yes, an album, and not a collection of random songs for streaming.. ) Thought I was almost done, but a new piece came along this past week and knocked another piece off the album. Am especially pleased with the mixes for two pieces featuring special guest Dave Newhouse. Thanks Dave!
This morning I've been working on a mix of a piece for my next album with new parts provided this week by Dave Newhouse. It's sounding really good! As a long-time Muffins fan, I'm stoked to be working with him. Thank you, Dave!
