We spend a great deal of our lives avoiding change. However, if we don't embrace it once in a while, we just stay the same in a changing environment.

If you are not a vegan, yogi triathlete today, you will not be one tomorrow either. Instead of making unrealistic goals, do something healthy and good for you every day until it becomes a habit. Meditate, drink more water, eat more veggies, get some exercise.

There is only ONE you, and you are a perfectly imperfect you. You are also the center of someone else's world, so take care of yourself.
