Just had a telephone interview with a recruiter from Gartner. It was rather obvious that the person had not prepaired for the conversation as she asked question which where quiet clear in the CV. Beyo...nd that she had a terrible attitude and was rude. Being in the IT industry myself I cant help but think that if this is how Gartner talks to people, I for one will not be looking to buy anything from them. See More

Terrible arrangements for the upcoming Disney Florida conference in October. When you call you are outsourced to an office in Austin where you get the run around regarding reservations, or the supervi...sor is off on a long weekend and they cannot give you Gartner a Gartner contact to escalate it but only an email to their ' ' do nothing for you' office! As a marketing student at UMBC, my group and I developed, researched and wrote a basic introductory ebook about dealing with customer service.
