I LOVE give back box! This is the easiest donation program EVER and I can't recommend it enough! I have been trying to clean out unneeded items from my home fo...r what feels like years. New items are coming into my life faster than the old ones are leaving. Anyone with kids knows that toys and outgrown clothes take over quickly! Boxes and bags pile up but rarely make it to the donation centers due to life and time. I learned about Give back box just after Christmas last year and it has been life changing! This makes it so easy! Just fill a box, print a label and viola you are done! A few more clicks and they will pick it up from your doorstep and you can even track donations for tax purposes! Now I always have a box to fill with unneeded items as we come across them. As soon as it is full I mail it out and start another. Little by little this is helping me cut the clutter and get our home back. My goal is donate at least one big box every few weeks for a year! (I've got 10 in so far this year) It is a win win win! Boxes get used again before being recycled, donations are actually being made and my unneeded items are going to people who want/need them rather than cluttering my home or going to the landfill and I get a cleaner, less cluttered home and a tax deduction. Started the program. It's helping on my husband from breaking down so many boxes and freeing up space in our recycling bin. Also, its helping us declutter some... of the items that I've been wanting to give to Goodwill. Finally, working full time and a mom, it saves me some time, as it's so easy to print a label online and put items in a box I already have. I also like that online, I can put in the items, and the amount of the donation, to keep track of my donations on the tax receipts. See More

I personally emailed Jeff Bezos several times requesting some kind of recycle or pick up for the mountain of boxes that pile of as a result of my Prime use. I a...m beyond THRILLED to see this happen. It is in keeping with the most amazing company in business right now- Amazon! I am beyond thrilled and have already scheduled my first pick ups. This has become an obsession for me. I have a mountain of Amazon boxes piled up and i keep looking around my house for stuff to donate. It's win-win, i clean out my closets and my basement without having to leave the house and Goodwill gets more goods to raise money with.

It's a really convenient service, but the receipt/item tracking process has some major issues. Be sure to save copies of your donation receipts before shipping if your records are important to you. It is still a good option if you can't make it to a local store.

Would only generate UPS labels yesterday. I was trying to get USPS labels so I can have USPS come and pick them up at my home. Is there a way to indicate what k...ind of label you would like it to print? USPS will not take boxes with UPS labels on them. I have 8 boxes here ready to go and wasn't planning on having to deliver them to a UPS location. See More

I had 6 boxes ready for pickup, which USPS picked up - Awesome! However 3 of the boxes were returned the next day with no explanation. I gave a less than desira...ble review and was contacted by Steve and their CEO Monika. They corrected the problem and were in touch till this issue got addressed. Any company where the CEO responds to concerns promptly is bound to succeed. I have been using this service and highly recommend it. Thanks Steve & Monika. See More

I am so excited to have found this program. I was being overrun with my kids outgrown clothes, but now I am currently obsessed with filling boxes. My husband ...was a little skeptical at first because he would prefer to sell our unwanted items, but he has come around and has been helping me save boxes. My kids are ready to help too! See More

It was easy and motivated the family to go through their things and to get involved.

This is such a fabulous idea. Love the pick up too, because we are a fairly busy family. Love that we can still donate.

Just printed my first label. This is a fantastic idea! I hope it keeps going because we get loads and loads of boxes from Amazon and then the boxes within the Amazon boxes. And it forces us to go through stuff to give to Goodwill!! Amazon gets an A+++++ for this!

Such a terrific idea! I personally donate to Goodwill several times a year, but the store is in a crowded shopping center and having to lug the bags to the store was really a nuisance. This is a DREAM come true! Thank you!

I'd like options for where my donations go. Such as local rescue mission thrift stores or even a Salvation Army. Other than that, it's a fantastic idea!

Awesome idea! How simple! Just got my first box ready. What is great is that my box did not stay in the area, so I didn't feel guilty about not driving it in to our store.
