Meet Korn Ouen whose leadership in her neighborhood of Chamroeun, Cambodia, has helped people learn their rights. Thanks to Korn's work as a leader with our grantee partner UPWD, Chamroeun now has roads and drinking water, the police respond to emergencies - and people in the community are talking about gender equality!
