A fantastic artisanal aesthetic with rustic woodwork abound. Exotic food for the area including gator and frog legs, but still receptive to normal palates. The West Indian Shrimp and Grits (polenta) i...ncluded root vegetables, wholesome crawfish meat, and great shrimp, which was put over the top by a habanero spice base. Drink menu was hot and heavy with a delightful jalapeno honey spin on small batch bourbon and my partner enjoyed a sweet vodka delicacy. Great tunes throughout the experience, and the staff was attentive. Some folks complain about service time, but I guess as long as you're not rushing for a movie or a theater show, you'll be fine. First time there. We were meeting 2 other couples and we wanted something different. What a fun time we had. From Josh the host to Amy the bartender to Brian the Chef/owner. There were many new drinks... that Amy made for us and. We ended up staying for 4 hours and really just ate mostly appetizers which were amazing. We will definitely be going back👍🏼👍🏼 See More

The food is AMAZING!!! We love the environment, music and especially the staff. It is really a great place to hang out with a group of friends or even a date night, you totally loose concept of time.... The Watermelon Jalepeno and Gator Ceviche might have a little something to do with that also though See More

I've recently stumbled into a magical world, much like Narnia or Alice's Wonder land. However, one does not require a wardrobe nor mirror to gain access to this otherworldly realm, since a convenient ...entrance can be found at 99 SE Mizner Blvd #114, Plaza Real South, Boca Raton, FL 33432. Bobby, a charming wizard of wine and spirits, ceaselessly works to bring you the most unique, thought-provoking drinking experience imaginable. In regards to food, the limit to which I can stuff myself is the only threshold stopping me from ordering every product, every time. If you happen to enjoy resplendent drinks, great service, and top-notch unique foods, definitely come try this place See More

The fried pickles, pork belly, and chicken & waffle fritters are to die for. The drinks are strong and unique, with plenty of fun flavors like sea salt, muddled watermelon, or white wine vinegar. was disappointing, and we can't wait to come back! See More

Fantastic food. Super fresh ingredients. The menu is amazing and surprisingly affordable given the quality of our dishes and variety of the offerings. Our waiter was awesome. Personable, available an...d attentive to our needs without hovering. Our drinks were always full without asking. His knowledge of the menu was spot on and the recommendations were exceptional. The Jerk was delicious as were the bad ass tacos. Non-traditionally prepared shrimp ceviche, fried chicken and pancakes were so good. The owner came out to greet us and was kind enough to offer each of the 4 slobs in our party freshly prepared deep fried Oreos smothered in house made chocolate ganache. One of our new favorite gastros. If you don't check it out next time you're down the Mizner way you have no soul or hate food. See More

Last Sunday, after sipping on a nice cold German beer at another popular hotspot at the Royal Palm Plaza, we headed north across the plaza. "Let's go wake the Goat!" I had already seen the menu weeks... ago when my friends at Gluttonous Goat had its grand opening, and reading through these tasty treats made me savor with excitement. Had some fine exquisite drinks two weeks ago, but never got the chance to feast on the apps and entrees and here was my chance.

Just walking in, made me feel homey, more like, at home in NYC. Growing up in Boca Raton never really gave me a chance to explore fine international cuisines or really get to enjoy and experience what a real calculated culinary dish tasted like until I moved to the city to investigate for myself. The Gluttonous Goat overall experience reminded me of NYC's foodie favorite hotspots like August, The Meatball Shop or Prune. Beautifully prepared dishes, a super friendly and outgoing staff, and a chill atmosphere with the background sounds of Pink Floyd's "Changes," a perfect way to end Sunday Funday.

As I reminded my friends that I must "check us in on Facebook," Cody, the bartender, surprises us with Gluttonous' house-made white-lightening root beer shots. Just for "checking-in" to the Gluttonous Goat. Perfect.

So I ordered the Tucci drink, a Gluttonous house favorite concoction, that would eventually pair up perfectly with my meal. Benched bourbon, smoked paprika, ancho chile, agave, fire-roasted jalapeños and a squeezed lime. I wanted something somewhat light, but filling, so I went with Brian's (GG's co-owner's) recommendation, the Mezcal Candied Goat. It was exceptional with every bite. Seared mushroom polenta, apple carpaccio, charred green onion and ancho chili glaze, cooked to a delicious perfection.

Another must-try : A chef favorite … the Gluttonous Herb-charred lambshank! My friend left no trace of it on the plate. Enough said.

Another round of shots? Why not. Let's try Gluttonous Goat's homemade Fireball called "Big Red." Sealed the deal.

As a self-proclaimed native New York City foodie, it was a nice feeling like I was back there. Come see, feel and taste for yourself. Right here in beautiful downtown Boca Raton and already rated amongst the top ten gastropubs in Palm Beach and Broward by The New Times!

Congrats, guys!

We had our Suits, Stilettos and Lipstick Boca Raton-Delray Board meeting there last night. This has got to be one of the most unique restaurants I have ever been to in South Florida! The food was the top! Being a huge fan of Cajun food, I was definitely intrigued by their take on the cuisine. The only thing that topped the food, was the service!!! This is a must go to place for your next dining or meeting experience. Thank you so much! See More

The food was mediocre at best. I will say the drinks were good if you could get the drink you wanted they were out of the stuff to make their signature drinks. My boyfriend picked 3 drinks that they o...ffered but were out of. Honestly I probably could have not even bothered writing a review but the server if you could call her that was horrible. We were a party of 7 the largest table there, and it was not busy at all. She didnt clear plates, didnt check on us after we recieved any food, took forever to bring us drinks, refilled 2 waters once, never came back to ask us about desserts, I had to get up and ask, after I ordered us dessert for my SO's birthday it took longer than our main course. We had to ask the trainee to find or server so we could pay the check. We didn't get our food together for dinner either so by the time all the main courses were out my SO's steak was cold. The service at this place is unacceptable. We had a fly in one of our martinis it had to be remade, and the flies bothered us through the evening, we weren't even outside. We were given dirty plates at our table, had to ask for steak knifes, and dessert silverware. I won't be back and neither will my family. See More

Funky fare served by a warm and entertaining crew. Delicious things you don't find every day and everything has an earthy, Renaissance Europe feel to it. You have to try everything on the menu!!!

Be forewarned! The people that run this place are extremely pretentious. I attempted to make a reservation on open table and when my time wasn't available I called the restaurant. The hostess said were no 8pm reservations but to come and wait and we should be able to get in. When we got there we were left standing for some time before anyone spoke to us. When someone finally did talk to us we were interrogated for why we would show up without a reservation and told there was nothing they could do for us and no one would have told us otherwise. Glad I wasted my time driving all the way over here. Terrible first impression and due to the overwhelming rudeness and obvious lack of communication we definitely won't be back. The place also smells like a dirty dish rag when you walk in the door. Go somewhere else where they treat you respect and appreciate your business. See More

Horrible. Save your money for a real restaurant. Disorganized. Uneducated. Poorly managed. I've pumped gas at gas stations with dimmer lights. Staff looked sloppy. After an hour and a half of waiting ...for appetizers I finally received a poor attempt and execution of 2 out of the 4 I ordered, 1 of which literally made me want to puke(burrata with oil soaked fried bread and salty hammered mushrooms). Washing it down with wine that reminded me of Robitussin didn't help either. Sorry not sorry but you should just call it quits because you're in over your head. See More
