This company is AMAZING! We bought a Sphero a while back for our son. It quit working. My husband contact them, they walked him through all the steps to help wi...th the issues it might be having. After not being able to get it to come back to life, they replaced it free of charge. We just had to send in our "dead" one. This company went way above and beyond. Will recommend them to EVERYONE I know and will buy from them again. See More

I got a BB-8 sphero today, seems to be working good. Is it normal for the new ones to be startled and shaken up when brand new? Mine seems shakey and goofy, sil...ly at the moment. He also went into a spinning frenzy and had its head pop off, though it seems to be just fine. Very intelligen

Got a darkside Ollie and after a while it started to die out and not retain a charge. Contacted customer service and they resolved it. Few companies come through this way and they did. Would buy from them again.
