Post-able review - “I am totally impressed with the chappy. Picture attached upon initial assembly. Lighting isn’t great, but I was excited and had to send off a quick photo to show off to family. I have done crude woodworking and, like other reviews, appreciate the quality of the mortise and tenon design. The chappy is rock solid and is large enough for a family of 4 to fit on comfortably. The cushions are very comfy and the deep seating design is great for a nap. ...Shipping worked great and the delivery company was helpful. The natural color is beautiful.”
For constructive critique, not to diminish from the positive feedback above – “I wish you offered the same shipping deal for us west coast folks as mid and east customers. The shipping cost makes me think twice, although I think the total cost with shipping is not excessive for the quality of product you produce. One of the pre-drilled dowel holes on the backside wasn’t drilled all the way, but otherwise the product quality was flawless. The design is so solid, the missing dowel doesn’t really matter, but I really should finish drilling that hole and get all the dowels in place. I also need to sand down the ends of the dowels, but the couch went into use almost immediately.”

Goldenteak.com is a company that we took a chance on to buy our teak furniture online. We had a hard time finding reviews on the company and we couldn't find anything on them. With us being in California, we were worried about the product we would be receiving since we didn't see it in person. After contacting them directly, I spoke to the owner, Elsa, and she explained to me why they were so much cheaper than other retailers that I have found online. Basically, they are ...a wholesaler that direct ships their product and removed the middleman. All I have to say is that Elsa is absolutely wonderful and put my mind at ease with making a large purchase with them. We placed the order on June 20, 2013. The furniture shipped out FREE via YRC freight on June 26th due to a back-order on the cushions. We received our furniture on July 3rd (Just in time for the 4th of July). The quality of the natural teak was beautiful and did not take a long time to assemble. It literally took us about an hour and a half to assemble a couch, love seat, single chair, coffee table, and end table.

Over 40 years ago while serving with the US Navy in London, I purchased an authentic British park bench from the city, exactly the same as those in service in t...he city parks including Hyde Park.
After years of service and usage I found it necessary to retire the bench. So I was delighted to find your website and products, especially your Hyde Park 6' version which is a near duplicate to my original British bench.
