I had great service with our first delivery. I ordered hundreds of dollars of stuff from each category kinda to test and see how things would go and everything ...arrived great so for that I give 5 stars. My 3 comes from the meal kits. While the flavors were delicious the cooking instructions were not well thought out. Trying to keep prep time down is important, but for example:I would have saved more time taking the grapes off the stem before they were scalding hot. No matter how long I cooked them they did not "slide of the stem" and I ended up with smooshed grapes. My other dish had a similar issue. It seems like in the need to compete with other companies one dish meals the better prep or cooking techniques are being left off the recipe and for me it backfired. But all in all I am happy and look forward to more orders. I just wont be following your cooking instructions. See More

As much as I love that everything they sell is local and really good/fresh, it's frustrating to order something only to get an email saying it's not actually av...ailable, or worse, get the order and find out items are missing. The food is expensive and I don't think it's too much to expect that what I ordered be what shows up at my door. Sorry but there are way too many delivery issues and they also don't respond to calls/emails promptly, so I'm done with them. See More

They were unreliable dropping off the wrong delivery a couple of times but I kept on and had a great few months. Now the deliveries are getting later and last n...ight I had a damaged box with damaged items that I could not eat. They gave me a credit too low for me to meet the delivery minimum to get it replaced unless I spent more with them. After an SMS, three emails I've decided to stick 100% with Luke's local. I have never had an issue them and their packaging and communication is great.
I've now been refunded for the items effected.

I liked this service for the products and delivery. But recently, they are failing. We placed an order for last night and it never got delivered. They had issue...s. That I can understand. We received a text promising a delivery first thing this morning. Now, I receive an email stating that they won't be able to deliver this morning. only late today. I placed the order last night for a reason. I need one of the items for today's lunch and you are failing me again. Offering money and credits ain't going to cut it when your clients cannot trust that you will deliver on your core business promise. So long GoodEggs, it's been fun. See More

I got my first order today and I am pleasantly impressed about the timing, responsibility, freshness, diversity and quality of the products! Hope my next experience will be as pleasant as the first one :). And hope soon Claravale raw milk will be available as well.

Love the variety of wholesome, local products, especially those that normally I'd have to stand in a long line to buy (e.g., Tartine). And they offer great valu...e on peak season items! Not to mention the freshest fish I've ever bought. My deliveries always arrive on time, and the delivery people are always bright and friendly. See More

The dinner kits are really great. So fresh, local, quick (15 minutes) and delicious! And 3 dinners for 3 people at $70 total is a steal. I've tried a few other partial- and fully- prepped meal services and this is by far my fave.

Loved it for the first few months but the service is definitely falling off. 3 nights ago my 6:30 to 8:30 delivery never arrived until after 10 pm. No call, no... text, no email, no reply to my messages looking for an update. The driver just showed up, unapologetic as if all was ok and acceptable. The next day I got the standard apology and credit email. This, unfortunately, is not the rare occurrence they would have you believe. Leaving things out of the order, missed delivery windows, and mixing up a delivery with another customer have happened many times at my household. My follow up email, asking for an explanation of what occurred went unanswered. After i use my credit I'm going to be done with this company. Switching to Imperfect Produce. See More

Received my first order today. Nicely packed and was left in a place not visible from my street. I've been thinking of having my groceries delivered but not sure from where. I finally found the place! Thanks, Good Eggs!

Totally love it! Good Eggs customer service is so awesome. I can't tell how much we rely on Good Eggs delivery. I have tried so many other delivery service such... as Instracart. Good Eggs is just way better on any ways. It has saved me so much time, and also not have to sacrifice on the quality of the food we are getting. See More

The food I've ordered through here is hands down GOOD! I ordered Chicken Breast and it was the juiciest I have EVER had and made me wonder how many artificial chemicals were injected into the previous chicken I have eaten until now.

Terrible customer service! We got invited by a friend to get 25 off for the first order. We placed the order on Sat of the same week we got invitation on Wed an...d asked to deliver next Monday. As we placed the order, the system showed 25 off but when we got goods, it charged us about 20 dollars after that because the code has to be used at the same week but the date is judged by "DELIVER DATE" not the date we placed the order!! So ridiculous! We feel like being cheated! When we called your customer service, they just said "we have the right to change the terms! We decide to use the order date or deliver date! You may dispute the charge. See More

Someone needs to learn how to package stuff. Scallops between two small ice blocks in a insulated bag is fine to keep them cold and fresh, but then to place the...m in the box under two much larger ice blocks makes for very flat, no-texture scallops. Now customer service was very helpful, I must also say that, but now it's time to cook and I'm all angry again. See More

Waited for my food to be delivered in the two hour window and it never arrived, waited another two hours just in case they were running late and it still never ...arrived. I received an email saying it was delivered and it also showed online under my account it was delivered. I tried calling numerous times to find out where my food was but could never get someone to pick up, went straight to voice mail. I would highly Not recommend this service to anyone even to my worst enemy. See More
