Great theatre to go to unless you are handicappe
d and in a wheelchair because people will sit in the handicappe d seats and not budge so you are forced to sit at the very bottom of the theatre. I compl...ained to one of the managers about it and of course nothing was done except to say I'm sorry and I'll talk to corporate
Came in and had to buy tickets at the concession
stand ok. Long line lady said she would open a register at the entrance. The people behind me went the people in front and I thought we would buy our t...ickets where we were. Nope won’t sell tickets at the concession stand. 5 of us who were in front were now in the back. Not happy
It was my first time visiting this theater and I very much enjoyed it. The staff was very courteous,
the ticket price is very reasonable , the concession prices were very reasonable , the seats in the t...heater were very comfortabl e, the spacing between the seat rows was great we didn't have to keep standing up for others to cross in front of us. The sound and movie was great. The other patrons were also very courteous before, during, and after the movie. I will be attending more movies at this theater when I'm visiting Columbia often.
I took the grandkids to see Star Wars. We got there early enough that even though the first showing was sold out, that the second one wasn't and got great seats. We had a blast, the theatre is clean, ...concession
s ok, and the movie was memorable. What a great Christmas memory for the kids. Thanks Forum 8

This was my second time at the Forum 8. I really enjoy the theater and staff. My only discontent
on both occasions was not the movies I saw, but the loudness of sound in the theater. Why the sound is ...up so loud is totally unnecessar y and takes away some of the enjoyment of watching the film. Otherwise, I would highly recommend this theater.
LOVE LOVE LOVE the rewards program!!! !!!! Also Free refills on soda and .50 cent (plus tax) popcorn refills!!! ! Staff is always great and seat r comfortabl e and seems like bigger isle...s for more leg room than the other theatre in Columbia!! ! Only complaint is the chips they use for nachos id rather have Tostitos brand chips but that is really no biggie in the end!!!!! Great seats, great service and great staff!!!!

I took the kids and I to see the Ninjago movie. The staff was welcoming,
the movie experience was nice(there was only 7 people in the theater), and top it off the prices are nice on Tuesdays. Over all... a really nice theater. Nothing beats $6.00 tickets on Tuesday. I'll recommend it for people in future reference.

What I got to see of the movie IT was good. The rude and obnoxious young adults trying to commentary
the entire movie sucked! I can accept a good level of whispering and screaming after a scary scen...e but these kids and their Momma's were just plain ignorant!! ! It took several people requesting Management do something before the evil spawn were removed from the theater. Will never go at peak time ever again.
Horrible customer service. Made us wait outside to be seated for our movie. Would think they would have been more accommodat
ing. Guess it is too much to ask.
I sure hope this location keeps working with Flashback Cinema! Getting a chance to see some of the golden age classics on the big screen is priceless!

Hosted my son's 4th birthday party in their party room. The price for the room and tickets was better than anywhere else appropriat
e for a kids party. Saw Lego Batman and the staff was very helpful an...d accommodat ing by reserving seats for us while we waited for the party to arrive and also guaranteei ng refunds on any tickets that were unused by no shows. We didn't have to do that but I was thankful for the option. The room was a little hot but they had a fan set up and we could prop the door open. They kids had a great time and I would do it again.
Goodrich Forum 8 is my FAVORITE theatre in Columbia. The seats are the most comfortabl
e of any of the theatres. The bathrooms are clean. You can get free drink refills and the staff is always kind and... courteous. My friend arrived at the theatre before me one night and bought her ticket. When I got there the show was sold out. We asked if we could return hers and they let us without any hassle at all.
