Not sure I liked yesterday, chilli and curry on the same day. Today is day 6 of the #7daysugardetox , we have Quinoa green bean salad then olives fuel food veggie bake. Felling good not craving anything sweet, Terri is but the 7 day sugar detox kit is helping her with her cravings. #viridian7daysugardetox

Ok let's start with apologies, too all customers we are sorry if we smell of garlic, have just noticed how much garlic there is in the #7daysugardetox diet. More nice food yesterday. Today is day 5 and we have chilli Non Carne, I think this is hot, Terri thinks it needs more chilli. Then it's sweet potato and quinoa curry, can't wait,.#viridian7daysugardetox

Ok day 3 on the 7 day sugar detox, Terri is finding it a little harder than I am, neither of us are vegan or have to follow a special diet, so we are not only cutting out sugar but having a complete diet change, cooking new food with ingredients we don't use a lot, some we really like some not so much. Today we have Quinoa green bean salad and the living Dahl burgers. #viridian7daysugardetox

Sorry this is late, yesterday was day two off the 7 day sugar detox, lovely soup at lunch time then Living Dahi Burgers for dinner, I was a little unsure about them, but they were really nice. Today its chilli Non Carne then the paella tonight, looking forward to both.#viridian7daysugardetox
