Ok, 2 weeks in. I'm still having headaches most days but that is probably for to my allergies. This weather is killing me! Beautiful blue skies and gorgeous weather one day and stupid cold the next. Ugh. None of the other "symptoms" they list have changed either. So far, I just really miss having my Monsters!!

So my thoughts are maybe just replacing all of my normal drinks with water isn't enough. So I'm going to try and drink the 64 ounces a day that most websites recommend and see how that changes things.

If any of you are giving it a try, I'd love to know how it's going for you!

So here we are on day 4. I still have had nothing but water to drink, but I don't feel better. In fact, I feel worse. I started to rethink this whole 30 day thing. And then I realized... I probably just feel terrible because if the caffeine and sugar withdraw! So I'll keep up with it and see how I feel at the end of 30 days. Wish me luck!!

Dangit. I would start a water only challenge the day I plan to get a pedicure.... I ALWAYS have a glass of white wine while visiting Cool Nails off Clifford. But, as much as I wanted to sip on a glass, I was a good girl and asked for water. Sigh. #TheStruggleIsReal
