February is Black History Month, and we woke up this morning to the start of the 2018 Winter Olympics! Muhammad Ali won the 1960 Olympic gold medal for men's light-heavyweight boxing in Rome. Upon coming home, he was refused service in a restaurant because of his race. Legend has it he then threw his medal into the Ohio River. Muhammad Ali continued to build a legacy of athleticism and activism, and in 1996, he lit the torch for the Atlanta Olympic Games.
